Minji's eyes flung open and she immediately sat up, her head pounding.

'Fuck-'

She stumbled out of bed as she clamped her mouth shut with her hand, almost falling face-first as she tripped on her blanket. She ran to her bathroom, making it just in time.

God she hated throwing up so much.

Her vision was blurred from just waking up alongside her tears, and she leaned against the wall next to the toilet as she pushed her long hair back.

Her throat burned.

She couldn't tell if it was from her sleep-induced tears, or throwing up whatever she ate yesterday.

Or both.

But Minji got up, cleaning up the mess she made alongside herself before heading back to her room.

She had no appetite.

Nor did she want to think of the terrible dream she just had.

She knew it was her fault, she didn't want anyone telling her that.

She made her bed, slumping into her desk seat.

Minji stared at the camcorder that rested dormant on her desk, before her eyes flickered to her computer.

If she didn't have anything to do, she was bound to go into a dark spiral of remembering that one night ten years ago.

So she opened up her computer, opting to rewatch some of the videos the camcorder had saved...

But even with the distraction...

Minji began to become lost in thought as the videos played in the dimness of her bedroom.

"I miss Hanni-unnie."

"Hm? You saw her at lunch a few minutes ago."

Hyein sighed as Minji walked her to class, "yeah but... She's so... closed off now."

Minji frowned as she stared in front of her, "just give her some time Hyein-ah... She's dealing with what happened in her own way."

"How are you two?"

"H-huh?"

Hyein glanced over to her older sister, "I know that you guys are closer when you guys are by yourselves, has she said anything to you she didn't tell us?"

'Hyein-ah... I thought you found out for a sec.'

"No... Nothing."

'Nothing besides us hugging all day whenever she comes over.'

Hyein silently nodded, and Minji began to walk to her class alone after dropping her sister off...

The funeral made it worse.

Hanni barely talked to any of them anymore, just silently eating lunch or sitting next to them whenever they had free time.

She even seemed distant towards Haerin, her best friend, this past week after the funeral took place, although they still talked now and then.

Their communication was still better than Hanni towards the rest of them.

"See you guys after school."

"Bye unnies."

"Good luck in class."
