The morning sun cast a warm glow as Y/N woke up, preparing for the day with an excited buzz in the air. Today was going to be special—she had promised to take her little crewmates and imposters to school with her. The thought of their tiny, eager faces made her smile as she brushed her teeth. Glancing at the bathroom sink, she chuckled softly; the crewmates were having a playful bath in a shallow bowl filled with warm, soapy water. Bubbles floated around as Yellow splashed Red, who retaliated with a tiny growl before bursting into laughter. Black sat in the corner of the bowl, muttering, 'This is ridiculous,' but the hint of a smile betrayed his amusement.

"Alright, you little rascals," Y/N said, drying her hands and watching them with affectionate eyes. "Finish up and come get breakfast."

Soon, they were seated around a small section of the kitchen counter, where Y/N had laid out tiny portions of apple slices, pepperoni, and crackers. The crewmates devoured their breakfast, chattering away with excitement. Red, the self-proclaimed leader, munched thoughtfully. "What's school like?" he asked between bites.

"Oh, it's a place to learn," Y/N explained, tying her shoelaces. "You'll see soon. Are you ready?"

A chorus of excited voices shouted, "Yes!" They all hopped into her backpack, settling comfortably among notebooks and pencils. Y/N zipped the bag just enough to leave a tiny gap for them to peek through. With a last check, she locked the front door and made her way to the bus stop.

As she walked, Y/N noticed her friends Alex and Emma waiting at the stop. Emma's eyes lit up when she saw Y/N. "Hey girl! How's it going?"

"Hey!" Y/N greeted back. "It's been a wild ride. I brought the little guys with me today."

Alex's eyes widened. "No way, that's awesome!" He leaned in, peering at the backpack, where tiny heads began poking out. Black's stare was intense, directed at Alex with an almost territorial glare. Alex raised an eyebrow. "Uh, could you tell Black to stop looking at me like he's about to attack?"

Y/N sighed and glanced down at the dark crewmate. "Black, relax. He's not going to steal me away, okay?"

Black scowled but retreated back into the bag, while White shyly gazed at Emma. She noticed and giggled. "Hey there, White. You're a cute little thing, aren't you?"

White's eyes widened, and he ducked back into the bag, face flushed. Y/N grinned. "They are cute, aren't they?"

The bus arrived, and they all boarded. Emma sat by the window, Alex in the middle, and Y/N on the aisle. White bravely climbed out and settled on Emma's lap. She stroked his tiny helmet, and to everyone's surprise, he started purring softly. Y/N's eyes widened. "Wait...they can purr?"

White's purr stopped abruptly, and he gave Y/N a look of mild embarrassment, as if to say, 'Don't mention it.' Emma laughed. "It's okay, White. I think it's adorable."

Black climbed out as well and sat on Y/N's lap, eyeing Alex as if silently staking his claim. Y/N, sensing his tension, patted his head gently. He relaxed a little, though his eyes remained on Alex, who sighed. "I hope they get used to me eventually."

Y/N chuckled. "Give it time."

The bus ride ended, and they walked into the school. Their first class was English, where they were reading *Beowulf*. Purple perched on Y/N's desk, utterly fascinated by the tale of ancient warriors and epic battles. "Imagine living in a world like that," he whispered in awe.

"Right?" Y/N said, smiling at his interest.

The others, however, found it less captivating. Red slumped, muttering, "Where's the action?" Yellow poked at a stray piece of paper, clearly bored.

Pottery class was next, and it was a hit. Red, Yellow, and Blue molded tiny clay creatures with impressive skill. Red created a fierce dragon, complete with sharp details, while Yellow made a little sun with a smiling face. Blue focused intently, fashioning a whale with perfect precision. Purple sat off to the side, crafting tiny clay birds, each one more delicate than the last. Green, naturally, made a clay version of himself, while White, ever dramatic, recreated the *Skeld* spaceship and hissed at anyone who got too close.

The teacher walked by and chuckled. "Y/N, you sure have a creative bunch."

"They are, aren't they?" Y/N said proudly.

Math class, however, was a different story. Green and White were visibly miserable as the teacher wrote algebra equations on the board. "What kind of sorcery is this?" Green muttered.

Y/N stifled a laugh. "Don't worry, I'll teach you later," she whispered.

White sighed dramatically, leaning back against her pencil case. "I'm doomed."

Despite the challenges, the day was filled with little moments of joy. The crewmates learned, explored, and experienced the world outside the house. Y/N felt her heart swell with warmth watching them adapt to this new environment, and she knew that their little family was growing stronger with every new adventure.
