Y/N's POV

The morning had started off lazy, the kind of day where the sky was a pale blue, with a gentle breeze rustling the trees outside. The living room was peaceful, filled with the soft hum of background noise. I sat comfortably on the couch, the warmth of Black's small form curled against my side as we both relaxed. Clover was snoozing beside us, the puppy's tiny snuffles barely audible in the otherwise quiet space.

Red had claimed the TV, watching some YouTube videos with Blue, who hovered beside him, occasionally pointing out things they found funny. Yellow and Purple were on the floor, bent over sketchbooks, drawing their favorite characters from yesterday's YouTube adventure. I had to chuckle at how much they'd picked up in such a short time.

Green and White, as usual, were full of energy. They were running around the living room, their little voices filled with laughter as they darted between furniture, calling out "Tag, you're it!" in their playful, high-pitched voices. Their movement was erratic, bouncing off walls and dodging each other's tags with surprising agility.

It was the kind of day I could get used to—a day of calm with the occasional burst of energy from the crewmates and impostors. But then, it happened.

A strange whirring sound filled the room, growing louder until a portal materialized right in the middle of the living room, shimmering with otherworldly energy. The walls seemed to vibrate with the force of it, and suddenly, figures stepped through the portal. They were tall—far taller than my colorful companions—and dressed in uniforms that looked formal, almost official, as though they were there on business.

"Y/N," one of them said, their voice stern but not unfriendly, "The crewmates and impostors need to come back to their world."

The room fell deathly silent. I looked at my companions, each of them frozen, their eyes wide as they processed the sudden, unwelcome news. Red, still glued to the TV, didn't look up at first. But when he heard the words, his hands gripped the edge of the couch, his round body tensing with frustration.

"They can't be serious," Red muttered under his breath, more to himself than anyone else. Blue's visor flickered, showing a mix of confusion and concern. Yellow looked up from his drawings, his face falling. Purple paused mid-sketch, clearly not understanding what was happening. Green and White had stopped running and were standing motionless, staring at the strangers with uncertainty.

Red's POV

I felt it—an icy surge of dread. They wanted us to go back? To that world? I couldn't—I wouldn't leave. The thought of being torn from this place, this peaceful, chaotic home we'd built... It was unbearable.

I turned sharply to the strangers, my visor flashing an angry red. "You can't make us go back," I said firmly, my voice colder than I intended. "We've found a home here. We're not leaving."

I wasn't sure why, but I felt like they didn't understand. They couldn't. They hadn't seen how much we had grown since arriving here. We weren't just crewmates and impostors anymore. We were family.

Blue, who had been quiet beside me, finally spoke up, his usual calm demeanor broken. "Red's right. This is where we belong now." His voice was almost pleading, like he was trying to convince himself as much as anyone else.

Yellow's POV

I couldn't believe it. I was having so much fun, drawing with Purple and just enjoying the simple things. The thought of leaving all of this behind... it was like a punch to the gut.

My hands trembled as I set my pencil down, and I looked at the strangers who had come through the portal. Their presence was cold, almost unnatural compared to the warmth I had come to associate with this place.

"Why do we have to go back?" I asked, my voice cracking slightly as I struggled to process the idea. "We have a family here!"

Purple, who was sitting beside me, reached out and took my hand, his visor showing a soft, concerned expression. "We don't have to go anywhere, right?" he said softly, his usual bravado faltering.

Green's POV

I had been running so fast, so carefree. The air felt fresh in my face as I darted around, trying to tag White. But the moment I saw the portal open, my entire body froze. It felt wrong, unnatural, as if the world itself was about to shift under our feet.

The strangers' words hit like a blow, and my heart dropped. "Come back to your world," they said. "You have to go back."

But I didn't want to. This place—this world—it was mine now. I couldn't go back to the place where everything felt rigid, controlled. Not when I had so much freedom here.

I looked over at White, my eyes pleading. "We don't have to go, do we?"

Black's POV

I felt Y/N's presence beside me, but I couldn't focus on her right now. The words of the strangers had sunk in deep, stirring something in me I hadn't felt in a long time—fear.

But it wasn't fear of leaving this place. It was the fear of going back to a world that felt cold, distant.

"I'm not going back," I said, my voice low, barely a whisper, but it carried. I turned to look at the strangers, my visor a solid, unblinking black. "I belong here now. This is my home."

I could feel Y/N's gentle hand on my head, but I didn't need comfort. What I needed was to stay. I wasn't going anywhere.

White's POV

Everything was moving too fast. My body had stopped when I heard the words—the portal, the strangers. They wanted us to go back? It felt like someone had just dropped a heavy weight on my chest.

I looked at Green, his visor flashing with panic, and I couldn't help but feel the same. We had just started to figure out who we were here. This was where I had found some kind of peace, and I wasn't about to let it slip through my fingers without a fight.

"We're not going back," I said, my voice trembling with defiance.

I could hear the others murmuring, arguing quietly. The tension was rising. Something was about to happen. And I wasn't sure I was ready for it, but there was no way in hell I was going back to that cold, emotionless world.

Y/N's POV

The air in the room had shifted. What was once a casual, peaceful morning now felt thick with tension. Red and Black had taken a stand, refusing to leave, and it felt like the others were starting to follow suit. I could see the determination in their eyes—this wasn't just about going home. It was about staying in a place where they felt they truly belonged.

I stood up from the couch, my heart racing as the two sides locked eyes, the strangers from the portal standing tall and imposing while the crewmates and impostors huddled together, quietly preparing for what might come next.

"We won't leave," Red said again, his voice firm, and for the first time, I could hear the fear in his words. It wasn't about being scared of what might happen if they stayed. It was about being terrified of losing everything they had here.

But the strangers didn't back down. "You have no choice," one of them said coldly, their hand raised like they were about to give an order.

And that's when the atmosphere broke.

"Enough!" I shouted, my voice cutting through the room, desperate to keep the peace. But even I knew it was too late. Tension had already reached its breaking point. The fight was about to begin.

And I had no idea how it would end.
