Chapter 14: Meeting a Level 5 Esper

Y/N's POV

My name is Y/N Silva and I'm 17 years old, I'm a Jujutsu Sorcerer in training that means I'm able to see cursed energy and the beings who are born from it called cursed spirits. Dangerous creatures who tend to cause mysterious deaths or are the cause of people who mysteriously go missing. It's been about seven months since I woke up in the North Pole after a Jujutsu Sorcerer named Satoru Gojo found me. In that time I enrolled into Jujutsu High in Tokyo, but due to somethings going on I couldn't live at dorms there. Gojo didn't see that as a problem as I was then brought to Academy City which I'm currently living in as I'm also attending school here. Since then I've met quite a few people including my first friend Touma Kamijou. And not too long after I met other people like me, those who can also see cursed energy and exorcise cursed spirits. You see cursed spirits can't be killed by normal means only someone with cursed energy or a someone using a cursed tool can exorcise them. Because of that fact it falls on people like me to go out and exorcise cursed spirits. Though that's at times easier said than done, cause some cursed spirits are a lot stronger than they look which makes it more difficult to exorcise them.

Even if it sounds like a lot, for me that's the least of my worries cause I also have my school life to worry about. Specifically summer school, yeah. So I know what your wondering, how did I get into summer school? We there's an easy answer... I have amnesia. Sounds like an excuse I know but hear me out, I had amnesia since I first woke up in the North Pole after Gojo found me. Cause of that I had no memory of everything that happened four years ago, or anything before then. Sounds pretty cliché I know, but yeah that's what happened. And because I have no memory of my life before, I had no memory of an education so I didn't have much success in school. Also Touma was tutoring me throughout the end of the school year, so I got kind of far, just not by much which isn't too terrible... Who am I kidding I got freaking F across the board!! Well except for Math, I don't know why I figured that one out better than everything else... Maybe cause it's pretty easy once you figure it out?

Mrs. Komoe wanted to know why I did so terrible and after that I explained to her and Mrs. Yomikawa that I had amnesia. Suffice to say, Mrs. Komoe was pretty upset that I never told her or anyone about it when I first got to Academy City. The reason why I didn't say it was because, I didn't wanted to get given any special treatment especially if it's cause of amnesia... Just doesn't sit right with me. Yeah I heard the irony when I said my reasons, I just didn't like the idea. Anyway because of that I got summer school, but it's not too bad, at least Touma, Tsuchimikado, and Aogami are going to be there so that's pretty good. Although the truth eventually got the entire class about my amnesia their reactions varied but it was mainly surprise. Tsuchimikado and Aogami we're both surprised and pretty disappointed that I didn't tell them but they understood my reason why.

Tsuchimikado: Seriously N/N!? You couldn't have told us earlier!?

Aogami: Come on man aren't we friends!?

Y/N: S-sorry...

Tsuchimikado: Jeez, from now on please tell us these things you know.

Aogami: We get your reasons why... Come on you can at least try and trust us.

Y/N: I'll keep that in mind.

Tsuchimikado: *smiles* Don't worry N/N, we're not mad. Just make sure to let us know in the future, ok?

Y/N: *nods* Right.
