Grace, Kaija, and Erin watch as (Y/n) and Ciel dance to the music.
"And (Y/n) said she wasn't good at dancing," Grace says with smirk on her face.
"Well, her movements could be less jerky and she's a little late on the beat," Erin critiques.
"Erin, shut up," Grace says as she slaps Erin on the arm.
"Hey!" Erin shouts.
"Oh! Guys! The treats are back!" Kaija excitedly says bringing their attention to something else.
"Yay! More treats!" Grace and Erin both rejoice.
Grace, Erin, and Kaija all grab more sweets and shove them into their mouth.
"Hey," Kaija suddenly says with a full mouth, "The music stopped."
"Kaija don't talk with your mouth full! Be a lady!" Grace instructs as she slaps Kaija on the arm.
"Ow!" Kaija exclaims.
"Where are (Y/n) and Ciel going?" Erin questions.
"What?!?" Grace and Kaija exclaim whipping their heads around to see.
"Yeah, they're walking towards the exit," Erin says.
"We must go on a secret spy mission and follow them!" Grace declares as flames of adventure burn in her eyes.
"Yeah, we can't let our friend out of our sight!" Kaija agrees with a nod.
"Yeah! Let's go!" Erin chimes in pumping a fist in the air.
They all secretly go after (Y/n) and Ciel. Grace hums the mission impossible song while she and Erin tiptoe like spies after (Y/n) and Ciel.
"Grace, shut up, they're gonna hear us," Kaija whispers.
"Fine," Grace whispers back and stops humming.
They continue to follow (Y/n) and Ciel.
*Your P.O.V.*
Ciel leads you out to the back and into the garden. He sits on a bench and you sit on it too.
"Wow, the moon is so pretty," You say in wonderment.
"Most people would say the stars are pretty, but you said that the moon was," Ciel observes.
You nod your head, not knowing how to respond.
"I must agree, I too prefer the moon over the stars," Ciel agrees.
You both look at the bright moon and all the stars surrounding it. After a moment, Ciel turns to look at you.
"(Y/n)," Ciel says in a serious, yet, slightly anxious tone.
You turn to look at him, curious at what he has to say.
"Yes?" You reply as you minutely cock your head to the side.
"I-I just wanted to say that you look beautiful tonight," Ciel says looking into your eyes.
You blush and turn your head away, wondering if Ciel can tell in the dim moonlight. You both lean in close to each other.
"R-really?" You ask looking back at him.
"Yes. You are the most beautiful girl I have ever met," Ciel confirms with a rare, genuine smile on his face.
You both subconsciously inch closer to each other, noses centimeters apart. A subtle night breeze comes by and the scent of flowers drifts by from around the garden, as well as a few loose petals. Just as you're about to say something, Ciel leans in even more and delicately presses his lips against yours. Your eyes widen in surprise. You can't believe that Ciel Phantomhive is kissing you! Your heart races and it feels like it'll jump right out of your chest.
His kiss is gentle, sweet, tender, soft, and passionate. You soon close your eyes and lean into the kiss. Your hands snake up Ciel's chest and behind his neck where his soft hair brushes against your fingers. His own hands find their way to your cheek and cup your face. The kiss lasts just a few moments longer, until you both break away from each other. Your eyes sparkle with the feeling of what just happened.
"Here, I also got this for you earlier today at the shop," Ciel says as he hands you a small box with a ribbon around it.
You carefully untie the ribbon and open the box; you gasp at what is inside. Inside the box is an elegant necklace with a heart-shaped diamond pendant.
"Ciel. . . It's beautiful. Thank you," You breathlessly say.
"Here, let me put it on you," Ciel offers as he lifts the fine piece of jewelry out of the box.
You move your (h/c) hair out of the way as Ciel puts the necklace on you.
"Thank you Ciel, I love it," You gush.
"You're welcome," He replies with a smile.
"Well, I better go back to see if everything's alright," Ciel states as he gets up from the bench.
Ciel walks back to the manor to check on things. You turn back and face the moon. Out of nowhere, your friends appear and sit next to you.
"So (Y/n), what happened?" Grace says with a devious smirk..
"Yeah," Kaija teases.
"We won't tell," Erin mocks.
"Erin, I know you'll tell," You say.
"No I won't!" Erin shouts.
"It doesn't matter, we saw the whole thing," Kaija says smirking.
"Yeah, you did the kissy-kissy with Ciel," Grace taunts.
"That was gross (Y/n). I can't believe you. Actually, I can, but that doesn't matter," Erin disapproves in disgust.
"You guys better not tell anyone or else I'll murder you," You threaten.
"Yeah, whatever. Like you have a chance against a demon," Grace boasts.
"Shut up!" You shout, lightly hitting Grace on the arm as your face turns red.
"Okay geez, we won't tell anyone," Grace defensively chuckles.
You all sit together in silence as you peacefully gaze at the moon and the stars. You hear a muffled rustling in the grass behind you guys. You push the thought away, thinking it could just be the breeze blowing across the grass. But the thought comes back, and once you think about it, you realize, there is no breeze. You look behind you to check if anyone's there, but you find no one. You shrug it off once again and turn back around to face the stars twinkling in the dark night sky. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a strong, firm hand clamps over your mouth before you can scream for help. Immediately after, a hard, solid object comes crashing down on your head and everything goes black.
