The One I Love (Ciel Phantomhive x Reader)

Be my Fiancée?

You all arrived at the castle at around 10:00 pm, the ballroom/throne room was being repaired, but otherwise, everything was normal. The guards were at their posts and servants were scurrying around.

When you entered the castle, the guards immediately came to Erin the new queen. She ordered them to set up a room for the four of you, -Grace, Kaija, you, and herself- one for Ciel, and one for Sebastian. But the guards said they only had a room for one person each. But Erin demanded that she was the queen and that she should get anything she wanted. The guards told her that they could get a room for the four of them in a few hours, but Erin argued that you were all tired now.

"Erin it's okay, separate rooms will be just fine," You say.
"Are you sure (Y/n)?" Erin asks.
"Yeah," You reply.
"Alright then," Erin sighs. "Guards have separate rooms set up for each of us right next to each other."

Guards oblige and have the servants to take you to your rooms.

As you walk through the castle, you tend to stray a little behind the group.

You sigh. So much has happened recently, I just, I don't know what to make of it. So apparently I died and was brought back to life. That by itself was a lot to take in.

Your thoughts get interrupted by Ciel who saw you stray behind and does the same to be with you.

"Are you alright, (Y/n)?" Ciel asks as he slips his hand into yours.
"Yes, I'm okay," You answer with a nod.
"Well if you need anything know that I'll always be here," Ciel says.
"Okay, thanks Ciel," You say as you briefly squeeze his hand and direct a smile at him.

Ciel smiles back. When he turns away, You then continue your thoughts.

So after I woke up, Ciel was the only one there -well, besides Grell- I wonder why it was just him. What happened to Grace, Erin, Kaija, and Sebastian? You think to yourself. And the kiss with Ciel, oh! That was so amazing. It's been a while since I've fangirled over things like that, I guess I just got used to always being with, Ciel.

You sigh again. Ciel... My precious little baby Ciel... Ah! I love you so much!!

You internally squeal and have a mental fangirl session.

Erin's "Cringey-(Y/n)-and-Ciel-moment" senses must have been tingling, because she pulls you by your free arm up to where Grace, Kaija, and herself were walking.

"(Y/n) stop walking so far behind," She says.
"O-Okay," You reply a little surprised.

You take a quick glance behind you at Ciel and give him a small smile in apology. You can tell he's a little annoyed but he shakes it off and smiles and nods at you.

The servants finally stop at the rooms. First is Erin's, with a huge, frilly, fluffy, floral, bed with a flowey canopy overhead. Erin is too in awe to say anything to you guys as she walks into the room.

Next is Grace's room, it too has a large bed, but less frilly and floral and with no canopy.

"Welp, see you guys later I guess," she says as she enters the room.

Next is Kaija's room, it looks exactly like Grace's room.

"Finally, sleep," She says as she walks into the room and plops down on the bed.

After that is your room. It looks just like Grace's and Kaija's. After you enter the room, it just leaves Ciel and Sebastian who will probably have a room next to you or a room one away from you. When you enter room, you sit on the bed and fall back onto it. The mattress and blankets sink in a little bit and cushion around you as you lay there with your arms spread wide apart.

Then there is a knock on the door.

"Come in," You say as you sit up.

The door opens and a servant walks in. She sets a silk nightgown next to you on the bed.

"Would you like me to help you get your sleepwear on?" She asks.
"No, that's okay," You reply.

She slightly bows as she leaves the room and closes the door.

You change into the nightgown and toss your dress into corner. Then there is another knock on the door.

"Come in," You say wondering who it could be.

Ciel enters the room then shuts the door behind him. Just like you, he is in sleepwear.

"H-hello, (Y/n)," Ciel anxiously says.
"Hi, Ciel," You reply.
"I have some news for you," Ciel says as he sits on the bed next to you.
"What is it?" You curiously ask.
"I," Ciel starts. "I broke the engagement with Elizabeth."

Oh, I already know this. I'll pretend I didn't know so that he doesn't think I stalk him. You think to yourself. Even though I kinda already do.

"But Ciel, you loved her," You say.
"Well, I did, but just as a cousin," Ciel explains.
"Oh," You say.
"But you," Ciel starts. "I-I also l-love you, but in a different way than Elizabeth."

You blush at what he says.

"C-Ciel," You stutter with red cheeks.
"(Y/n), I was wondering if you would like to be my fiancée?" He asks.

His words fill you with shock -even though you already knew it would happen, it was just surprising since he said it to your face.

"C-C-Ciel I-I," You stumble on your words. "Y-yes! I would love to be your fiancée!"
"Really? That's great, I'll send a letter to your parents as soon as I get back to the manor," Ciel says.
"Yayyy!" You exclaim in happiness.

You wrap your arms around Ciel in a hug. Ciel is shocked by your action but does not oppose, instead he wraps his arms around you and pulls you closer to him in an embrace. You lay your head on his chest and he rests his head on your head.

He softly kisses the top of your head. You lift your head up to see him and give him a smile, he smiles back at you. The two of you are close together, so you each lean in a little more and press your lips against one another's.

Lips locked together, moving slowly, and passionately. Your arms make their way around to the back of Ciel's neck and you start to play with his soft, navy blue hair. Ciel's arms move around to your back and he slowly lowers you onto the bed.

The two of you then part from the kiss. Ciel curls around you from behind and you snuggle up against him. You lay your head in the crook of Ciel's neck and he drapes his arm over your waist, pulling you even closer to him in a cuddle.

You turn your head to look behind you and see Ciel's face warmly looking at yours. The two of your lips come together passionately and lovingly in a kiss once again. When you part, You and Ciel affectionately look at each other with a small smile your faces. You then turn back around and close your eyes as you slowly drift off to sleep.

"(Y/n)," Ciel says just before you fall into your slumber.
"Yes Ciel?" You say turning your head around to face him.
"I love you, (Y/n)," Ciel lovingly says.
"I love you too, Ciel," You lovingly reply with a smile.
