I drove away from home. Who would have thought I would leave? I just need a break. I need to remember myself who I am. A man can't go through life knowing everyday he goes home there will always be chaos. Maybe while I'm gone Amber can build a relationship with A.J.

I wish I didn't leave without A.J., but it not like I'm walking out of their lives; I just need space. The drive was long. Coming from Orlando to go to Miami is long especially if you're alone. I took the moment to think though. I miss my wife, I really do, I miss her touch, lips, and her amazingly smooth baby soft skin. Damn. I slammed the brakes trying not to get into the car in front of me.

When I got to the house I saw my brother standing outside. I parked the car and got out.

"Yo lil bro what brings you to the dark side" he said joking around.

"Nothing man just came to clear my mind son"

"Ahhh wifey kicking you in the balls huh" he said laughing

"Come live with me and you will see that it ain't the only part she kicking either."

"Damn man, well we'll treat you right, come on." He said taking me in side.

Going back to my hometown was a great idea. I mean living in Miami wasn't a great lifestyle for me. Having to live in the environment I live right now, made me remember that I can't never forget where I'm from. Yeah, I bet y'all were wondering who was I was speaking on the phone with. That was my brother. Oh y'all didn't know I had a brother. I do. He choose to stay in the hood while I live that luxury life. If only it was. His life is better than mine. He has a regular job which he loves, has a beautiful Hispanic wife, with three beautiful kids. So they live in the hood. It's not bad.

I walked into a beautiful house, nice and cozy. "Guess who is here" my brother yelled at the door.

"Uncle Khi" I heard. Next thing I now I'm on the ground with three kids all on me. This is a feeling I've always wanted.

"Hey guys" I said as I got off the floor to look at my oldest nephew. "Ky, lil man look at you; you keep growing you going to be as tall as me and you pops buddy." I said picking him up.

"Uncle Khi, daddy says I'm going to be really tall, maybe taller than you and him" he said. I put my seven year old nephew down and went to pick up Izzy.

"Izzy my lil grizzly bear, what's going on?"

"Uncle Khi Khi, I missed you" he said putting his arms around my neck giving me a tight a squeeze. I really missed these kids. With everything going on I haven't seen anyone in a year. I put Isaiah down to put up my beautiful my three year old niece. She is the spitting image of her mother.

"Princess hi, have you been behaving while I'm gone."

"Duhh unwle whi" I laughed as she tried to say the sentence. "Did you wiss me unwle whi"

"Of course pumpkin, I came to hang out with you guys."

"Yaaaaay dada unwle whi is wleeping here" she giggled excitedly.

"Yeah Princess, he sleeping here"

"Oh really and he's not going to say anything to me" I heard someone say. I turned around to meet with my sister. I looked and seen a glowing woman with the most beautiful green eyes with a small baby bump. I put princess down and went over her mother.

"Hey sis, look at you. I've been gone for a year and y'all already cooking something in the kitchen." I said looking at my brother.

"Boy, that's your brother" she said pulling me into an embrace. "We miss you around here lil dude"
