A lil something for my sis-in-love,
Come back to Abuja soonnn, we miss you!

Love, Yas aka Maama Yasss
*lol, can't help with the jjc.*

A smile immediately spread across Amna's face, and by the time she read the last line, she laughed hard.

"Omg!" she muttered fondly, shaking her head. She sat cross-legged on the carpeted floor, her attention shifting to the orange paper bags and began unpacking them one by one. There were a couple of beautiful dresses and stunning two-piece sets and swimsuits that were both chic and daring. Amna's smile widened as she admired each piece.

Unable to contain her excitement, she unlocked her phone and dialed Yasmine's contact, pressing the speaker button as she continued to open through the bags.

"Amna, my darling!" Yasmine's voice sang through the line, immediately lifting Amna's mood.

"My Adda Yas! Thank you so much for the gifts. They're gorgeousss!" Amna gushed, holding up one of the dresses to admire it again.

"I know, right?" Yasmine replied, a smug tone in her voice. "You deserve all the spoiling. Plus, you've forgotten usss. It's my way of bribing you back to Abuja."

Amna laughed. "I think it's working. I'm guilt-tripped. And the card? Hilarious! Do the jjc all you want."

Yasmine laughed along with her. "Now, Amna, let's address the real dealll. Those swimsuits. Especially the blue one. Please wear it and blow my brother's mind."

Amna's laugh turned into a splutter, her cheeks heating instantly. "Maamaa Yasss!"

"What? I'm serious! That man needs to see what he's got, okay? You, my dear, are a SPEC!" Yasmine declared dramatically.

Amna shook her head, laughing. "You're impossible!"

"I'm just saying," Yasmine continued, clearly enjoying herself, "pair that swimsuit with just a little bit of attitude, and bam! He'll be booking a private island getaway faster than you can say, trust meee." She laughed.

"Adda Yasss, that's enoughhh, omg!" Amna whined, blushing furiously now, though she couldn't stop laughing.

Unknown to them, Aslam was standing by the doorway, a faint smile tugging at his lips as he listened to their conversation.

Yasmine's voice rang out again. "Okay, fine, if you're too shy, at least try the outfits on and send me pictures."

Aslam chose that moment to clear his throat loudly, causing Amna to nearly jump.

Amna met his eyes for a brief moment before quickly looking away, her fingers fumbling to take the call off speaker, and she pressed the phone against her ear.

"Oh no," Yasmine said on the phone, her voice gleeful. "Is he there? Did he hear me?"

Amna laughed again and quickly changed the topic. "So, how's the baby doing in there?"

"Sooo active," Yasmine replied cheerfully. "Though I'm officially counting down now. We're leaving for Miami in a few weeks. I need all the pampering I can get before this little one decides to turn my life upside down!"

Amna smiled at the thought. "That's sooo exciting. I can't wait, you'll do amazing, Maama Yas."

Yasmine chuckled. "Oh, stop. I might cry." Then, her tone shifted playfully. "So, where's Aslam?"
