Malia's Pov
It's been a day since I've moved and I haven't got a text from Kylie. I'm kind of getting concerned. Did she forget about me already?
Oh and guess who's my next door neighbour now, Lacey. That's absolutely great. The girl who I'm trying to get away from because, of obvious reasons. I mean you'd never wanna see a girl you almost kissed when you're already with someone, wouldn't you? That's what I'm trying to do.
I text Kylie asking her if she's okay. I get no reply. I text her again. She doesn't reply.
I don't think much of it. Her phone's probably dead. Everything's gonna be fine. I look outside my window and see Lacey. She looks at me and smiles. I smile back because if I didn't that would be rude and I would feel bad. She opens her window at shouts to me.
"It kinda feels weird being here. But, I'm glad you're here!" She says to me. I smile.
"Yeah no kidding. And, um I'm glad you're here too." I say. I get deja vu again from when Kylie was talking to me through her window when I first moved in. Fuck, I miss her so much.
