Alora 'LoLo' Evans 5:30 AM Wednesday - August 7th, 2024
Alora reached out for her phone as the ringing disturbed her sleep. When she got it she saw that Kemi was calling her.
"Why aren't you up?" Kemi asked. Alora and Kemi were supposed to get ready for the first day of school together but Alora forgot.
School was the last thing on her mind. In her head it was still summer break. "My bad" Alora sat up wiping the sleep out of her eyes.
Alora's morning was spent getting ready with Kemi and listening to music. On the way to school she zoned out everything and everyone.
For some reason everyone thought it was okay to be noisy early in the morning. For Alora the first day of school meant nothing. It was mandatory for a bit of silence before having to go to jail.
When Alora got into school and she was with her friends again her mood completely changed. Alora, Kemi, and Ryla happily exchanged greetings and showed off their outfits once they were all together.
"Y'all look cute!" Zynecia exclaimed walking over to the group. "Peep my fit tho!" Zynecia posed for them.
The group of girls talked about random stuff since they didn't need to catch up because they were together for practically the whole summer. When the first bell rang they all went their separate ways to their respective classes.
As the day went on Alora was less pleased. She didn't have any classes with her friends and it sucked because she was stuck with fake ass people.
The chair moving beside her caught her attention. Alora looked up at a thick darkskin girl who stood about at 5'6 and she had a pretty fluffed out afro.
"Hey i'm Zavaeh." she introduced herself as she sat down.
"Him i'm Alora." Alora introduced herself. The two talked and Alora discovered that Zavaeh was from Jersey.
After class was over they went in different directions but shrred agreed meet up after school. Alora walked to her locker to see Zynecia and Halia standing right beside it.
Alora sort of liked Halia but she didn't make it noticeable at least she hoped not. Alora joined their conversation and she tried her hardest to not look at Halia for too long but she was so pretty.
"I can't be late cause they trippin in the first day. Bye yall!" Halia hugged them both before leaving me. Alora took in her scent. In her head she already found her wife.
I can't lie this was rushed but DEAL WITH IT!
