Zavaeh walked into the common room looking around to see where to sit. When she got towards the end of row three she noticed Alora, the girl she met from earlier with another girl and a boy. At the same time Alora locked eyes with her and she began waving her over.

"Hey" Alora greeted the group as she walked over. Alora and the girl said hey while the boy gave a head nod. They talked for a minute and she got to know them as Kemi and M.K.

"Ima catch y'all later. The bell about to ring." M.K. said walking over to the door where another boy waited for him. Zavaeh eyed the friend because he was fine as hell.

He was a tall darkskin with dreads and glasses. Zavaeh held eye contact with him after he noticed her looking. He smirked before walking off with M.K.

The girls conversation went to normal and they talked about what they did over the summer and what they expected out of the year. Zavaeh thought that Alora and Zynecia were cool people already. They openly welcomed her and they talked as if they already knew each other which worked out for her.

At the end of the day Zavaeh said goodbye to her new friends and went home. She had it in her mind that moving wasn't such a bad idea for her.
