.

It's now been a week and a half since the war occurred. In that time, Lucius and Paimon would spend their time with Freddy exploring the western side of Natlan as well as Ochakanatlan.

With a week now passed since the war, Lucius and Paimon decide to pay a visit to the tribe that was most affected by the Abyss, the Flower-Feather Clan.

Upon arrival at the main totem, the two would spot a familiar warrior talking to her students.

Yopia: I brought all the stuff over, Coach. What's next?

Iansan: Just take it easy before the real work begins. You two are in charge of repairing the houses to the north. The rest of you should go west. The road practically crumbled beneath my feet on my way here — the whole thing will need to be reinforced.

The students nod as they split up into their group as the two men approach the stack of boxes.

Matlan: Alright! I'll start by moving the boxes over.

Hueliyo: I'll help you. These things can get pretty heavy.

Matlan: No, no... I got this. These muscles aren't just for show, you know. See that? Perfectly defined! I can lift this stuff up with one hand!

Hueliyo: Fine, as long as you don't wind up too sore to move tomorrow. I don't want to hear any complaints from you!

Matlan: Just prepare to be amazed...

Matlan kneels down, placing his hands on the box.

Matlan: Up we go! Hump!

But as he tries to lift, something can be heard from within his body.

*CRACK*

Matlan: Ahhhh!!!

Hueliyo: Ouch.

Iansan: Ouch indeed.

Lucius: ("Even I felt that from all the way here.")

Matlan: Aah, my back...

He says in pain, staggering backwards with his hand placed on his lower back.

Iansan: Well, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger... Take him to get some rest and apply some meds, Hueliyo. And Matlan, take it easy for the next few days, alright? I don't want this getting worse, and don't push yourself. You can help out once you're better.

Matlan: (sigh) I knew I should've trained harder...

Iansan: Working out is different from real work. You gotta ease into it...

Matlan: Right, thanks, Coach!

Matlan, with the assistance of Hueliyo, leaves for medical attention.

Iansan: Anyone still not have an assignment? Chief Mutota needs our help.

She asks before hearing footsteps approaching behind.

Lucius: Yo, Iansan.

Iansan: Ah! Lucius! Paimon! What are you doing here?

Paimon: We were just about to ask you the same thing! We didn't expect to run into you in these parts.

Iansan: Well, my tribe's in pretty good shape, all things considered — we're already done with all the repairs. I heard the Flower-Feather Clan was hit a lot worse, though, so I decided to come help. On the way, I ran into a caravan of merchants from my tribe and brought them along. These are my students.
