A week has passed since Lucius revealed the truth of his Curse to his girlfriend and eventually to Paimon. Ever since, the girls have been dotting on him as if he was gonna die in the next few days, much to Lucius's slight embarrassment.
But today, Lucius and Paimon are in Mt. Aocang.
Lucius: So, remind me why we decided to go to Mt. Aocang?
Paimon: Because it's been a while since we saw Cloud Retainer! She's always the one popping up out of nowhere and scaring us half to death, so let's surprise her this time!
Lucius: (sigh) Fine then.
Paimon: Say, do you still remember the first time we came here? We even brought offerings and everything. And when we told her that Rex Lapis had been assassinated, she immediately threatened to "squash Liyue Harbor"! Paimon thought she'd be impossible to get along with, but now that we've spent some more time together, she's really not like that at all.
As Paimon was talking, Lucius noticed a tall woman standing by the table, tinkering with something.
Lucius: ("Huh?")
