These are the things that i learned after being in a medical college:
1. Medical colleges require a lot of patience , if you are someone like me ( short tempered and impatient) you are going to change a lot as a person.
2. You will learn how to say sorry even if it's not your mistake.
3. It's going to be a must for you to respect your seniors and of course your teachers . ( otherwise it's going to get fucked up for you)
4. People in this profession, majority of them are just frustrated and they pass on that frustration to their juniors and students.
5. Being in this profession, you get a sense of responsibility as someone's life is dependent on you, you have the ability to save and change lives.
6. You need to mug up a lot in of subjects ( it should be a combination of mug up + learning)
7. You need to leave your self respect outside the door ( especially in postings, or if you are with the professors or during viva's)
8. Hardwork >>>>> smart work or people who are naturally gifted. [ a combination of both is the best]
9. Having friends is very important, if you are someone who does not like to socialise a lot or you like to stay alone. Please don't, medical college requires friends. You can't survive without friends there.
10. Almost all of your classmates are snakes, don't trust anyone except for your friend circle.
11. If you think you are smart, you will find a lot of people smarter than you, ig it's both, people are dumb as well.
12. You need to get mentally and physically strong , if you aren't mentally strong ( you are going to get more stressed, don't let things affect you)
13. If you couldn't find a bf/gf in your first year, you are going to stay single throughout the course. 💅🤡
14. Getting Sleep is a privilege during exams.
15. Stay away from bad company ( both your classmates and seniors).
