The beach near the boardwalk was packed with tourists and locals alike, buzzing with anticipation for the grand reopening of the Big Donut. A massive cover concealed the newly renovated shop, and a podium stood in front of the crowd. Behind the podium, Beach City's mayor, Dewey, adjusted his tie and cleared his throat, basking in the attention.
Standing beside him was Lars, arms crossed and eyes shut. His attire was a plain long sleeve white shirt accompany by a black vest and a red tie and long back pants with dark boots. Lars didn't care for the fanfare... But the mayor had insisted on this announcement, seizing the opportunity to boost his public image Infront of these new visitors.

Sadie was the opposite of Lars, she was wiping at her clothing with embarrassment, obviously not good with crowds, especially when they are doubled the amount of people in Beach city if not much more then 3x the amount.
From a distance, the Crystal Gems stood together on a hill overlooking the scene. Steven was in the crowd vibrated with excitement, practically bouncing in place.
The store behind the Mayor, Lars and Sadie was covered in a red cloth as the Mayor begin his speech.
Mayor Dewey: Ladies and gentlemen, tourists from near and far, it brings me great pleasure to welcome you all to this amazing occasion... The grand reopening of Beach City's very own 'The Classic Donut'!
The crowd cheered loudly before a confused 'Huh?' happened as well some mumbling.
Mayor Dewey: With a new store, comes with a new name of course! The original The Big Donut has transformed to a magnificent! And a better name... The Classic Donut!
Shaking his head at the mayor as he sighed to himself, he felt like there was gonna be a self promo very soon.
Mayor Dewey: And none of this would be possible without the tireless efforts of the one and only... ME, The mayor of beach city! Vote for me, my people!
Confused stares and cheers was in the crowd, before the Mayor cleared his throat.
Mayor Dewey: Please enjoy the grand opening of The Classic Donut.
Finishing his short speech, Sadie grabbed the cloth and yanked it off the store as the new, rebuilt store was revealed.
