Chapter 30: Rosie vs. Posie 2
Rosie was walking through Starcove City, enjoying a moment of calm, when her peaceful day took a turn for the worse. There, in the middle of the bustling square, was Posie—her self-proclaimed "biggest rival" and, frankly, the most obnoxious poser Rosie had ever met.
Posie was wearing an outfit strikingly similar to Rosie’s, only gaudier, and was standing on a soapbox, addressing a small crowd.
“And that’s why I’m the real deal,” Posie declared, twirling a wrench dramatically. “I’m fast, I’m tough, and—let’s be honest—way cooler than some second-rate wannabe!”
Rosie stopped dead in her tracks, her jaw dropping. “What the Chaos is that?!”
Mira and Vapor, who had been following behind, stopped to see what had caught her attention. Mira burst out laughing. “Oh no. Rosie, she’s really trying to be you!”
Vapor sighed, already anticipating what was about to happen. “This is going to get out of hand, isn’t it?”
Rosie clenched her fists and marched toward Posie, her face a mix of disbelief and fury. “Oi, you fake! What do you think you’re doing?”
Posie turned, feigning surprise. “Oh, look who it is—the second-best Rosie!”
“Second-best?” Rosie’s voice rose an octave. “You’re out here pretending to be me!”
“Pretending?” Posie smirked. “I’m not pretending—I’m upgrading! Let’s face it, Rosie, people are tired of your basic style. I’m just giving them what they really want.”
Rosie’s eye twitched. “You’ve got three seconds to stop embarrassing yourself, or I’m going to make you stop.”
“Oh, please.” Posie crossed her arms. “You don’t scare me. In fact, I think you’re just jealous!”

Let the "Fight" Begin
Before anyone could blink, Rosie tackled Posie, and the two rolled across the square, flailing like children. Mira, watching from the sidelines, cackled. “And here we go—Rosie vs. Poser 2. This is better than a movie!”
Posie pushed Rosie off and scrambled to her feet. “You want to fight? Fine! But don’t cry when you lose!”
Rosie snorted. “As if! Bring it on, poser!”
The “epic” battle that followed was anything but. Rosie and Posie darted around the square, hurling harmless insults and slapping at each other. They chased each other into the sewers, where the smell quickly forced them out, then ran into the Botanical Garden, where Posie got tangled in vines.
“Not so tough now, huh?” Rosie teased, dodging a clumsy swing from Posie.
The fight escalated to Starlight Showdown, where they narrowly avoided crashing into several light fixtures, and finally to Starfall Station, where they ended up on a runaway train car. The train stopped just outside Star Island Outskirts, and they tumbled onto the ground in a heap.

Vapor and Mira Intervene
By the time Vapor and Mira arrived, Rosie and Posie were wrestling on the ground, both covered in dirt and leaves.
“Alright, that’s enough!” Vapor yelled, stepping between them.
Mira crossed her arms, smirking. “Seriously, you two look ridiculous. What are you even fighting about?”
“She’s stealing my style!” Rosie shouted.
“She’s just jealous of my better style!” Posie countered.
Mira sighed. “You’re both embarrassing. How about you agree to disagree and stop acting like five-year-olds?”
Rosie glared at Posie, then reluctantly stood up. “Fine. But if I catch you pulling this stunt again, Poser, we’re going another round.”
Posie dusted herself off, smirking. “Anytime, second-best.”
Mira groaned. “This timeline is so weird.”
Vapor nodded. “Can we just go home now?”
As they walked away, Mira couldn’t help but laugh. “You know, this whole fight could’ve been a reality show. Rosie vs. Posie: The Battle of the Posers.”
Rosie shot her a glare, but even she had to chuckle. “You’re lucky you’re funny, Mira.”
And with that, the chaos finally came to an end—for now.
