The weekend was over which meant that this school week would be different. Everything was good, Adi and I were okay. Jay and I were best friends again. Oliver comes into my room busting my door down. "Sissy Ivy." Everybody knew I was their sister now but Oliver always called me sissy. "Yes, Oliver?" I looked down as he was climbing on my bed jumping on it. "Mama wants you to wake up for school." He sits next to me putting his head on top of mine.
"Tell her I'm getting ready right now, please." He nods his head walking out of my room. I get up awake getting ready for school. (Grey sweats with a black turtle neck long sleeve with a graphic baggy Aliyah t-shirt on top.) I put products in my hair slicking it back into a claw-clipped ponytail, and doing my edges.
I grab my shoes putting them on spraying perfume. "Morning." AJ hands me a bowl and a cereal box. "Thank you mama AJ." I smile at her pouring myself cereal. I get a text from Jaylen saying he'll pick me up along with the others.
"Jay is going to pick me up if that's alright." I look at her waiting for her to answer. "Of course that's okay, just let Blake know. You know how he gets when his girls be talking to boys" She reassures pointing towards his office. "mk." I finish my cereal putting it in the sink and walking to his office. "Pa?" I ask knocking on his door.
"Come in," He yells from inside. I open the door to him sitting down putting a cigarette in the ash tray. "What's up princess?" He asks folding his hands. "Well I was wondering if my friend Jay can pick me up instead of Ivan." I play with my hair waiting for his response. "Who's all gon be there?"
"All my friends duhh." I say sarcastically laughing. "Sure, but I better not see you with no boy inappropriately." He reassures pointing at me with his pen. "Yes sir." I say standing like a soldier. "Alright have a good day." He laughs back at me as he hears Jay's horn.
"Bye guyss!" I say before closing the door walking out to the car. I walk to the car as everybody was already in. "Ivyyy." Everyone says as I get in. "Heyy," I realize I got to sit on someone's lap. "Man why it always gotta be me." I say smacking my teeth together sitting on Adi.
"Because." Lee says looking back at me, "Whatever," I say looking down at my phone. "Don't act like you don't like it," Adi whispers in my ear fixing how he is sitting. I instantly look back at him with my eyes wide open mouthing "Stop".
He smirks at me grabbing my waist. We get to the school and all walk inside. We all split into our own ways accept for me Jaylen and Angel. Olivia has been absent since she went on a last minute trip with her dad.
I enter the classroom as I sit next to Angel and Jay is right in front of us. "Mrs. Davis?" Mrs. Goulding asks sitting at her desk, "Yes?" I ask as everyone is egging it on sayin "ouuu." "Can you come here for a second?" She asks standing up walking out of the class room as I get up to follow her. She pulls me aside and whispers.
"I just wanted to let you know that even though this is your first year here as a Sophomore you have the best grades throughout this entire school and one of the best GPA scores." She smiles showing me my grades. I smile back at her. "Oh wow," I say touching the paper signing my name.
"Yes wow, which means that you can enter any extra activities you want. Your limit is 5." She reassures pointing out the information on the paper. "Okay thank you." I smile at her walking back into the classroom.

I walk out to the lunch room with Adi as we met each other at our lockers. As we are walking he slowly moves his hand to my waist holding me next to him as we walk. I look at him smirking walking to our table, "Yooo," Jaylen says as Adi sits down across from me. They dab each other up as I talk to the girls. "Yall this is Nadia." Angel says hugging her kissing her cheek as she smiles.
