Y/n's Pov.

When I opened my eyes, everything was darker than before. My head hurt badly, and flashes of what happened before I passed out came rushing back. The motel. The fight. Then everything going black.

I tried to move, but my arms were tightly tied behind me. I groaned and I struggled to sit up, only for sharp pain to shoot through my neck, which I felt before passing out earlier.

The room was small, like a prison cell. The walls were cracked and dirty, with a single flickering bulb above me. I took a deep breath and tried to wiggle my hands free, but the knots were too tight.

Then I heard footsteps. Heavy, slow ones, along with faint voices. My heart started beating faster, and a cold sweat ran down my back. Whoever was coming, I didn't want to see them.

The door creaked open, and I froze.

Two men came in. They were rough-looking, older, with scars lining their faces. One of them held a cigarette between his lips, blowing out smoke like he enjoyed the disgust on my face. "Well, look who's awake," the taller one said, smirking.

I didn't answer, just glared at him.

"Oh, silent, huh?" other said, chuckling. "You'll learn to talk. Or scream. Either works."

"Come on, get up" taller one mocked,

When I didn't move, he grabbed my arm and yanked me to my feet. Pain exploded in my shoulders, and I had to bite the inside of my cheek to keep from crying out.

"Let me give you a little tour," he said, dragging me toward the door.

"Go to hell," I spat, my voice cracking.

He stopped, turning to face me with a grin that made my skin crawl. "Oh, sweetheart," he said, leaning so close that I could smell the stink of his cheap alcohol and smoke on his breath, "You're already there."

The hallway was worse than the room they dragged me from. It was dimly lit, with flickering lights and walls covered in grime. The air smelled of sweat and dampness.
