FOUR YEARS LATER

SHIV

I closed all the lights of the room and came into the balcony and saw her standing leaning on the railing. I take out a small box from my pocket and take out her gift from it. I stood behind her and made her wear the pendant which had the initials of our name on it and the date of our wedding.

" Happy five years to us, Rooh"

I wished her at exactly twelve in morning and kissed on her neck. She turned and looked at me

" Happy anniversary to you too, my love"

She kissed my forehead and hugged me.

I wrapped my arms around her and she said " Do you remember the first time you kissed me"

I chuckled and nodded " Yes, we were at the same place. It was raining heavily. Five years passed so quickly, Rooh"

She looked at me and asked " Can we kiss here agai---"

I placed my lips on her started kissing her holding her in my arms. " Here, anything else, love"

She smiled and shook her head, but I forwarded my hand in front of her and said " Come dance with me"

She smiled brightly exactly knowing what I was doing. I want to create the same scenario, jut our roles will be reversed.

She shook her head and said " But I don't know how to dance"

I frowned and gave her an awkward look and said " Toh main konsa michael jackson hu"

She laughed loudly making me fall in love with her smile for innumerable times " Shiv, stop."

I nudged her with my shoulder " C'mon, Rooh"

She continues smiling and acted " But here is no music, how we would dance without that"

I made a pout of my lips exactly like she did five years ago and take out my phone from my pocket and said " Do you have any song preference"

She shook her head while smiling " Okay then we are going for my favorite one"

She folded her hands against her chest " Jaisa aap chahien"

I smiled knowingly and open spotify on my phone to play her favorite song. Actually, I don't have any favorite song. I just have a favorite person.

I tap on the play button and her favorite song 'Tum se hi' started playing and I kept phone aside and placed my hand on her waist and pulled her close. We started moving our bodies along with the song.

Though no one of us knows how to dance properly but still this moment is perfect. We continue looking at each other with nothing other than satisfaction on our faces when suddenly her expressions turned into serious ones and she asked

" Shiv, will I be a bad person if I kiss you right now?"

I cupped her cheeks between my palms and whispered " Just do the honors, baby"

Our lips got connected and started moving on their own, our tongues invading each other's mouth. Her hands roam in my hair, and I clutched her smooth waist in my hands. I scoop her in my arms in bridal way and took her to the mattress and laid her down without disconnecting our lips.

As we were kissing, she started opening the buttons of my shirt quickly, but I held her hand and looked at her sitting straight. I cupped her cheek, and she muttered breathlessly

" Shiv, please. I am missing your touch. Please touch me " she whined.
