Thank you for reading and joining me on this journey through the life of Alyssa Grimes. I hope you've enjoyed following her story—the highs and lows, the heartbreak, the strength, and the complicated relationships that define her world. This book is only the beginning of Alyssa's story. I'm excited to announce that I will be writing a second book, Bloodlines, which will explore the war with the Saviors and Negan.
Bloodlines will also focus on the evolving, unconventional relationship between Daryl and Alyssa—a bond that continues to grow despite the chaos surrounding them.
Additionally, it will examine the strained but ever-important dynamic between Rick and Alyssa as father and daughter. Negan's arrival will force the community apart, leaving both relationships to navigate the fractures and consequences of war.
Alyssa will face challenges that push her to the very edge of who she is. She will undergo even further character development, growing more fearless and ruthless as the war with the Saviors and Negan unfolds.
The struggles she endures will shape her into an even more complex and determined survivor, and her relationships with Daryl and Rick will continue to evolve in surprising and emotional ways.
This next chapter will be full of twists and turns—diverging from the events of The Walking Dead TV show in ways that I hope will surprise and excite you. As the story unfolds, Alyssa and the group will face hard decisions, shocking betrayals, and moments of unexpected hope.
I'm incredibly excited to begin writing Bloodlines and to take you along on this new phase of Alyssa's journey. Thank you for your support and for investing in these characters and their world. I hope you'll join me for what promises to be an even more intense and gripping story.
