Vivian took Jamie's hand in her own and walked towards the building. Smiling to herself when she noticed the familiar Mercedes parked in the carpark. Since their meetings started, Siobhan had been visiting the nursery more frequently; especially on the days that Jamie was in. As Viv walked hand in hand with Jamie to the preschool room, her heart skipped a beat when she heard the all to familiar voice coming from the office. Today wasn't a usual meeting day, but Viv hoped to bump into the blonde in passing after she had dropped Jamie off.

Viv reached the preschool room with an excited Jamie who was happy to see his friends. "Okay then little man off you go, go sit down for breakfast." Viv shouted after him as Jamie ran off to sit at the table with his friends. "Morning Charlotte." After completing handover, Viv headed back out into the corridor. Her hopes of bumping into Siobhan still remained, as memories of their last meeting came flooding back to her mind. Viv was hopeful that Siobhan would find the courage to leave Roger soon. She would do anything she could to ensure that Siobhan was safe.

As Viv walked down the corridor, she heard the familiar voice approaching "good luck with that." As the slim blonde left the office, Viv smiled as she approached Siobhan. "Well, fancy seeing you here." Viv couldn't contain her joy at seeing Siobhan. As Siobhan turned, she also was not able to contain her smile. "Would you look at that." Viv smiled back at the blonde. "Funny how you're always here at the exact time I'm dropping Jamie off." To Viv it was strange. Before their Monday meetings she only saw Siobhan here and there, but after their meetings started Siobhan had been coming to the nursery more frequently. "We can't rely on the system here to work, but we can always rely on it to break down at the exact same time every week." Siobhan smirked. Viv knew it was an excuse and winked back at her. "Funny that." She loved the recent show of bravery from Siobhan. Viv's mind was awash with questions. Was the bravery a sign that she was getting stronger and was she finally feeling strong enough to leave?

The reason that Viv wanted to speak to Siobhan had slipped her mind briefly. Looking into Siobhan's ocean blue eyes, the sound of Agatha coughing snapped Viv back into focus. "Oh, about our next ... meeting." Vivian paused for a moment as Siobhan repositioned her hands on her hips from behind her back. "Mm?" Excitedly Viv carried on "I thought we could switch it up and?" Viv's eyes saw a flash of green as Siobhan settled her hands. The smile dropped from her face as Siobhan's eyes lowered in the direction of where Viv's gaze was. "That's a nice ring." Siobhan's smile faded as she lifted her hand up to her chest. Viv tried to hold back the hurt in her voice. "About our next coffee meet up. Erm, I'm gonna have to cancel it." Siobhan was crestfallen. The last thing she ever wanted to do was hurt the person who made her feel safe and brought her comfort. "Oh." Viv couldn't be there any longer she needed to get away. "Congratulations." Taking a last look in those ocean blue eyes before leaving. Siobhan didn't know what to do. She had never had anyone who made her feel the way Viv had, but Viv wouldn't understand why she had to marry Roger. Fighting with her thoughts Siobhan shouted after her. "Viv." As Siobhan turned around, she was shocked to see Marjorie standing there with a look of surprise on her face. "Is that an engagement ring?" Siobhan lifted her hand looking between her hand and Marjorie. "If you have to ask if this is an engagement ring, again I have to ask if this is your first day on this earth?" Siobhan walked past Marjorie heading for the family room her patience worn thin and her heart beginning to break.

Siobhan locked herself in the family room busying herself with paperwork, emails, and important documents. Her phone pinged startling her from her concentration. As the screen illuminated with the only name it ever did Roger, Siobhan looked down at the ring on her finger. Images of Viv flashed through her mind swirling between the look of pleasure and pain. She would give anything to be safe in Viv's arms again and not having to live a lifetime of unease. She looked down at her watch. 6:30pm. She packed all of her possessions into her bag. As she began making her way out to the car park, she caught a glimpse of that familiar blue and white striped shirt. She hastened her pace unable to face the look of hurt on Viv's face again.
