In a world of dragons

⭐️THE DRAGON ATTACK⭐️

Livs pov:

       The dragons are attacking us once again... We can never get a break. It's like at least two times a month, if we're lucky only once. But that almost never the case.

         Me and my family quickly run out of our house to help. One day I'm gonna be helping out just as much as my mom and dad. One day I'm gonna kill a dragon, but not today.

      My mom and dad are trying to kill the dragons with everone else, and I'm putting out the fires that the dragons cause with some other kids.

The other kids being, Astrid, a very determined girl. Fishlegs, very smart, probably know a lot more about dragons than I do. Snotlout, a little weird. And last the twins, Ruffnutt and Tuffnutt, my childhood best friends. Tuffnutts kind of cute... don't tell him I said that though he would never give it up and neither will his sister.

      We quickly grab buckets of water and dump them on the burning houses and trees, just anywhere that's burning. We run past the blacksmith's shop to put out another fire.
  
    A kid named Hiccup works there. He's our age but people don't think he's ready to be out here like all of us. He would just get in the way and make stuff harder for all of us.

    We tried to stay out of the way from the Viking and the dragons. We don't have the weapons to take down a dragon like they do at the moment. Unless you want to use a water bucket, then be my guest. Hit the dragon on the head with it, then run for your life.

    A high pitched whistles heard from the sky. Everyone panics. "NIGHT FURY! GET DOWN!" I heard someone yell from the watch tower. The Vikings that are on the watch tower quickly jump off as the Night Fury blasts it.
   
     A Night Fury never steals food, never shows itself, and never misses. No one has ever killed a Night Fury. No one has ever seen a Night Fury. And I'm not gonna be the first and I don't want to be.
   
    Hiccup gets chased by a Monstrous Nightmare making Stoick chase after them and protect Hiccup. Stoick punches the dragon making it fly away after a lilttle bit of it getting punched in the face. Hiccup accidentally knocked down the big touch making it fall down a hill and causing more destruction. The dragons all fly away soon after. "Sorry dad." Hiccup whinced. I watched as the dragons all fly away with Tuffnutt and the others. "Ok but I hit a Night Fury." Hiccup said trying to defend himself.

    Stoick grabbed Hiccup by the back of the neck and started to drag him away. "Dad it's not like the last few times. I actually hit it, you guys were busy and I had a very clear shot. It went down just out Rave point. Let's get a search party out there before it-" hiccup got cut off by Stoick.

    "STOP! Just... stop. Every time you step outside, disaster follows. Can you not see that I have bigger problems? Winter's almost here and I have an entire village to feed!" stoick yelled at Hiccup turning around.
  
     "Between you and me, the village could do with a little less feeding, don't ya think?" Hiccup said back to his dad making another Viking rub his stomach, offended. 

    "This isn't a joke, Hiccup! Why can't you follow the simplest orders?" Stoick asked Hiccup.

   "I can't stop myself. I see a dragon and I have to just... kill it, you know? It's who I am, Dad" Hiccup said to his dad. That made Stoick put a hand on his forehead.
 
    "You are many things, Hiccup. But a dragon killer is not one of them. Get back to the house." Stoick said to Hiccup before turning to Gobber. "Make sure he gets there. I have his mess to clean up." Stoick tells Gobber before walking off. Gobber slapped the back of Hiccups head.

      Hiccup and Gobber passed us making Tuffnutt and Snotlout make fun of him. Ruffnutt laugh at him a little bit, well some of us. I can't lie I kind of chuckled aswell. "Quite the performance." Tuffnutt said putting his thumbs up. "I've never seen anyone mess up that badly. That helped." Snotlout said. Gobber pushed Snotlout away making me laugh a little harder.

       I mean out of everyone in Berk, Hiccup is the last person I think would hit down a Night Fury. That boy can't even pick up a sword that great. I mean I get it he wants to be like the others... but I just can't see that happening. I mean don't get me wrong I kind of feel bad for laughing at him.
