"What is it?" Alizeh yelled at her sister after accepting the call. "Calm down, woman. Why are you so mad?" Her sister, Alia asked.
"Maybe because every single time I get a call from you when I am already at work?" Alizeh sassed. She closed the car's door and entered the building.
"It is not my fault you go to work so early." Her sister defended herself. "Try waking up earlier." Alizeh suggested. She greeted the receptionist and some other colleagues and went to the elevator to go to her office.
"Whatever. I wanted to remind you that Danish family will be here to fix the date. Don't be late." Before Alizeh could answer, Alizeh hung up. The older sister shook her head and entered her office. She put her bag on the desk, and in that exact moment, Emma entered.
Emma was a fifty years old woman who started working for her father almost 25 years ago and now was working for her. She was the one who helped her integrate. "Your coffee, ma'am."
"Thank you." Alizeh noticed that Emma seemed worried. "Is everything okay?" She asked. "Nothing, I just thought you wouldn't come today."
Alizeh frowned, asking her why. "Your uncle said that. I was about to call you." Alizeh rolled her eyes. Her uncle, Humair Inayat, is a man in his sixties who behaved like a little kid.
"So, you are going to attend the meeting?" Emma wondered. "What meeting?" Alizeh asked. No one informed her about it. "The one for the project." Alizeh immediately understood what project she was talking about. "Where is he?" Alizeh asked. "In the meeting room." Emma answered. Alizeh took her bag and went towards the meeting room.
Entering there, she found some men, who she asked opinion on whenever she started a new project, sitting with her uncle sitting on the CEO's seat. The men immediately got up to greet her, but she ignored them and went towards her uncle.
Her uncle followed all her movements but didn't move an inch. She stopped next to him and turned towards the others. "Out! Now!" She told them. They didn't move, unsure of what to do. They looked at her uncle. "If I see anyone here in the next one minute, that person can start writing their resignation letter." The men quickly took their belongings and left. Emma closed the door.
She turned towards her uncle, who shook his head, disappointed. "Is this the image you want to show of the company?" He asked.
"Do not tell me what image I have to show of my company." She retorted, emphasizing the 'my'.
"Our." He reminded her. "Sorry. I keep forgetting the 2% you own." She answered with a fake sadness.
"Alizeh! Do not forget I am your uncle." He yelled at her. "Do not raise your voice in my building, in my office, while sitting on my seat! You are my uncle at home. Here you are just Humair Inayat, who owns this little piece of share in my company." She answered, her voice calm. She had stopped yelling. Talking calmly killed him more.
