3 days later..in the Palace.

Shivaay came back with Ruhan .Ruhan was now OK.he just have stitches in his stomach. Shivaay was taking care of him very well. Katori love Ruhan so much he Don't leave Ruhan's side.
In the room Shivaay was feeding Ruhan..

Ruhan:Shivaay aur nahi please...

Shivaay:No this is last bite..

Ruhan:Mera pet bhar gaya please...

Shivaay:Meri kasam Nahi to main Tujhse baat Nahi karunga..

     Suddenly Ruhan's mood changed and his lips curl and trembling. His eyes start to get teary.

Ruhan:Theek hain..baat mat Karo.. main Bahut bura hoon..

      Shivaay was shocked by that behavior  He just panicked..

Shivaay:tu kyu ro raha hain sorry I am so sorry..accha theek hain maat kha..

Ruhan:Nahi theek hain tum mat baat Karo mujhse uss Reet ke pass jao Nahi to kisi aur ke paas jao ..I hate you..

      Then Ruhan just start to cry.Shivaay put the plate aside then wash his hands and came back to him.He sit beside him then...

Shivaay:I am sorry baby ..

Ruhan:No you are right I am very bad..you should find someone else for you .

Shivaay:WHy when I have my  sweetheart..

      Ruhan gets shy then wipe his tears and turn towards Shivaay..

Ruhan:Ok par tu phirse kabhi nahi kahega ki tu mujhse  baat Nahi karega..

Shivaay:Ok...

       Then Ruhan happily hug Shivaay. But then he broke the hug..

Ruhan:Ewew your smell so bad.

Shivaay:Kaha?(He also start to sniff himself)

Ruhan:Chii..hat mere pass mat aa..

        Shivaay was confused why his mood is changing in second.Mallika and Mandira was watching them from outside and laughing so they came inside.

Mallika:Tum log kar Kya Rahe ho.

Mandira:Lagta hain aj koi zyada hee moody hain..

       Suddenly Chotu came..

Chotu:Ruhan Bhaiya woh client ka call aaya tha..Kya bolu..

Shivaay:Say he is not gonna do this work anymore.

Ruhan:Hmm..bolde aur ye bhi bol aj ke baad Rooh baba naam ka koi Nahi hain.

           Then Chotu go outside and then suddenly Ruhan felt like he wants to vomit.

Ruhan:Mujhe ulti aa rahi hain..

Shivaay:Ruk..

He helped him to get up and go with in washroom..Ruhan start to vomit badly...Mandira and Mallika was concerned about it.Then Shivaay help him to wash his mouth.

Ruhan:carry me I am feeling weak..

Shivaay:Bahar Teri behne hain uska Kya.

Ruhan:Tu ajkal mujhse pyar Nahi karta ja..(Again start to cry )

           Shivaay don't understand what is happening why Ruhan's mood is changing in seconds.So Shivaay carry him in bridal style meanwhile Mira,Reet and other family members also come there and then Shivaay and Ruhan come inside the room while Shivaay was carrying Ruhan in bridal style and Ruhan was happy with that.Shivaay was so confused what's wrong with ruhan.When they enter the room they saw Doctor was also came for Ruhan's daily check up.

Shivaay:Oh doctor Sahab ap aa Gaye.

King:Haa wahi bolne aaye the..Ruhan ab theek hain..

Shivaay:Hmm..

      Doctor came and sit on a chair beside bed ..

Doctor:So how are you feeling Ruhan?

Ruhan:Ok mujhe Kya hua hain..main bilkul theek hoon..(suddenly get up in bed and about to start jumping)

Shivaay:Ruhan behave..(Firmly)

           Ruhan suddenly again start crying and gets angry.

Ruhan:(sit on the bed)tu mujhse pyaar Nahi karta ..main tujhko pareshan karta hoon na..tu mujhe humesha Daant ta hain.

       Doctor, Shivaay ,Everyone was just shocked by this behavior but Doctor just have a little hunch.

Shivaay:Baby sorry I really didn't mean to scold you..Tujhe Lag jaati na..sorry please...

Doctor:Ruhan listen tumko Kya Vomiting ho rahi hain..

Shivaay:Haa Kal se 3 baar.

Doctor:Aur Kya Chakkar aa raha hain..

Ruhan:Hmm.. (sobbing)

Doctor:Ok to main Iska blood sample lunga mujhe cheek karna hain he is OK or not shaam ko report collect kar Lena.

Shivaay:Ok Doctor.

      Doctor do his work and then go from there...
