She jumped, pranced, skidded and ran around in circles flapping the robust diary like a fan, jutting forward her plastic sword towards anyone who dare threaten her. One macabre remix of 'Dhoom Machale' played when she turned the light on, which casted a green and pink glow over her chubby cheeks. Noticing the large iron swing across the courtyard, she crawled behind it and sat in the dark silently, when a faint tiptoeing came. An angry hand blasted in front of her face.

"Kid!" Karan demanded, "Give that right now!"

She flapped the diary excitedly which made the loose pages fall out.

"Why did you do that?" he knelt down with clasped hands and fake tears, "Do you love seeing this handsome man being sad 'cause of your antics?"

She put it down and grew fascinated at his soft, silky hair. Using her light sabre, she stuck it into his hair and twisted it around.

"Oh no-" Karan held her little red wrist, "Not there, not there, NOT THERE!"

"Awlelele! Looks like she likes you!" Budh lauded from the distance, enjoying the child's antics.

She grinned and put the toy over his hair, before Karan could even realize it got attached above his head. Once she escaped, he grew busy getting rid of it, only to struggle and shriek with anger.

"Is that a new hairstyle from your five star salon, Karan?" Badri laughed at him, watching the tiny Khushi scurry away.

"LUK JA THAITAAN KI AULAD!" Jeeva chased her around the swing once, running faster then turn across her direction. She bumped into him and almost tripped backwards.

"I come in peace, you know peace?!" He raised his hands, "Thanti?"

She clutched her sides and snorted.

"I know you're better than Badbu, I know you're a good girl!" and saying so, Jeeva slowly knelt down and drew his hand forward to tug the diary off her hand, "Itna zidd nahi kalte!"

But she bounced back and hit his face with the diary so hard, you could had noticed a couple of vowels escape into the air. He dwindled down and rubbed his face,

"Even Dubey sir never hit me like that..."

"That's because he didn't have such a thick diary!" Budh loved this particular scene.

"Ugh! Why the hell aren't you guys doing anything?!" Saira scolded.

"Why don't you try to catch her?" Badri smirked, "You must love children, don't you?"

The toddler climbed over Jeeva's belly and leaned over his face with the diary, already making him pray for any god watching him from above. Where Karan was already having a breakdown for his hair, Saira and Myra agreed to approach her next.

"Let's see how bhabiji and my bhai tackle her" Badri elbowed Budh, making him scorn at him.

Tiptoeing closer to the toddler stealthily, Myra removed her pink plastic ring off her finger and clicked its shiny enamel with her nail. The sound made Khushi turn back and look up with round, gleaming eyes.

"Look baby!" she held it closer towards her, "Look what I got for you!"

She stretched out her hand to grab it. It bounced up. But when tucked back her hand, it drifted down again. This ring was pranking her.

"You want this na?" Myra gleamed, "You wanna wear this on your finger isn't it?"

"HAAAAA!!" She jumped over Jeeva's chest, but failed to catch it, "DEY!"

"Umm, if you give me your diary, " she placed her hand next to her, "I'll give this to you"

"NUUUUU!!" she stomped her tiny feet which squeaked louder, "DEY!"
