chapter song-dream girl-crisaunt
content warning- cursing, alcohol consumption,
izume sat on the floor of her bedroom. music blasting around her as she sang along to the words that played from her small speaker. her palm lightly held her chin as she blinked on mascara. it was around eight pm at night, and izume was waiting for her friend to come over. the two girls had planned to go out early in the day since they both only worked the morning shift in their small jobs. meaning they had the whole afternoon to sleep and the whole night to drink.
eijirou had the day off as well, so he insisted on walking her home from work. even though she was off at one in the afternoon, he made up some excuses that the crime rate was going up at that time of day and it was safest for her to get back to her apartment with him as her escort. but izume knew he just wanted to hold her hand for the 20-minute walk. izume would have said yes if the man had just simply asked to walk her home. but she also enjoys the useless explanation he comes up with as an excuse.
once again, it was evident the man had walked her home, from the red and black graphic hoodie that was overflowing on her small frame. so izume sat on the floor of her small bedroom; her hour nap that had turned into a full seven-hour rest was still evident on the girl's face. her braided hair was messy, and she still has the lines from her pillowcase on her cheek.
izume was convicted. it was the tiny red shorts and larger sweatshirt that had eijirou's cologne on them from when he had sprayed it on himself before he left his own apartment; they helped her sleep so well. but it was mainly the cologne sprayed on the collar of the hoodie.
a knock on the apartment door brought the girl's attention. she walked through her tiny hallway and to the door. opening the door, izume was met with her loud and already tipsy friend.
after the girl had stepped into the apartment, izume was pulled into a tight hug. the girl immediately pulled back. "is that a man's hoodie?" izume nodded her head the pink haired girl placed her bed back at the neck line of sweater."mhm it smells nice send him my number. what does he look like? probably ugly right?" the pink haired girl smelt it again. izume laugh at the girl inferring she could only get ugly guys to like her. "just dont tell my boyfriend got it."
izume just laughed not knowing if the pink haired girl was serious or not. izume scoffed a laugh. "wow, thanks, ce." she said sarcastically.
"it looks like you totally need one of these!" the pink-haired girl yelled, holding out a small shooter. the blonde girl shrugged, drinking the liquid.
"cece, can you pick out the rest of my outfit? i don't have the mind power right now." izume yawned, sitting back down in front of her mirror, spraying her face with her setting mist. izume unraveled her hair, the two braids waving her hair in the exact way she wanted it to when she tied them together before her life-changing nap.
"how do i look okay?" the blonde girl asked with a nervous smile as she pulled her white leg warmers past her feet with her red shoes. her hair waved neatly, her burgundy-tinted lips and cheeks make the girl's yellow eyes pop along with the heavier version of her everyday eye makeup. cece had made the girl a great outfit with the thick, red, chunky sweater that she had picked herself. along with a black miniskirt with black tights underneath because it's still winter outside.
"bitch, please." cece looked the girl up and down. "because you look hot." the pink-haired girl screamed. "but not as hot as me!" she taunted, pulling the girl out of the apartment as the two headed towards main street.
