I decided to take a break and hang out with the girls in the lounge. Historia, Mikasa, and Sasha were all sharing some laughs and stories, creating a comforting atmosphere that helped me forget about Floch's relentless questions for a moment. I leaned back against the couch, grateful for the distraction and camaraderie.

"Did you hear about the latest test on the prototype?" Historia asked, her eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. "I think we're finally on the right track!"

"Yeah! And it's all thanks to you, (Y/N)," Sasha chimed in, flashing me a bright smile. "You've really outdone yourself!"

Just as I was starting to relax, the door swung open, and Floch strutted in, looking as if he owned the place. I felt my stomach drop. His gaze locked onto me, and before I could say anything, he dashed across the room, picked me up, and slung me over his shoulder.

"Floch! What the—?" I squeaked, feeling a rush of embarrassment and disbelief.

The laughter and chatter came to an abrupt halt as everyone turned to stare. Floch smirked, clearly enjoying the spectacle. "I'm taking (Y/N) out for a real break! You all keep hogging her!"

The moment he said that, the room erupted in chaos. The girls weren't having any of it. Mikasa shot to her feet, her expression fierce. "Put her down, Floch!"

"Yeah! You can't just take her like that!" Historia added, trying to keep up with Mikasa.

Sasha was right behind them, her fists clenched in anger. "You better let her go, or else!"

I squirmed in his grip, my cheeks burning with embarrassment. "Floch, this isn't funny! Put me down!"

But Floch only laughed, enjoying the attention he was getting. "Relax! I just want to spend some time with her."

The girls were relentless, and it felt like an entire posse was hot on our heels. They chased after us as Floch dashed out of the lounge, trying to escape the furious crowd. "You can't just run off with her like that!" Mikasa shouted, her determination evident.

"Someone needs to teach you some manners, Floch!" Historia added, her voice resolute.

As we rounded a corner, I could hear the thundering footsteps behind us. I twisted in Floch's grip, trying to reason with him. "Seriously, put me down! They're not going to let this go!"

"No way!" he said, grinning. "This is too much fun!"

Finally, we reached the open courtyard, and I could see Levi standing off to the side, arms crossed, watching the scene unfold. The moment he spotted us, his brow furrowed in irritation.

"Floch!" Levi called out, his voice cutting through the noise. "What do you think you're doing?"

Floch paused, uncertainty flickering in his eyes for just a moment. "Just taking (Y/N) for a—"

Before he could finish, Levi closed the distance between us in an instant. "Put her down now," he ordered, his tone leaving no room for argument.

Floch hesitated, glancing between me and Levi, who looked utterly unimpressed. I felt a rush of relief as he reluctantly placed me back on my feet.

"See? All good now!" Floch said, trying to play it off as if he hadn't just caused chaos.

Levi's gaze was sharp as he turned to me. "Are you alright?"

I nodded quickly, still feeling a mix of relief and embarrassment. "Yeah, I'm fine. Just...surprised."

As the girls finally caught up, they surrounded me protectively, their faces still flushed with anger. "Don't you ever do that again, Floch!" Mikasa said firmly.
