Sailub quickly got up from his leathered chair and while holding his suit he got up and then took his car keys and phone, the feeling of anxiety hovered over him.
Pon was someone who was weak, gentle and easy to take advantage of, Sailub knew that, that's why it's scary letting Pon go out with any man.
He quickly went and called many guys and many detectives as he knew to find Pon, his face filled with fear and anxiousness, his heart filled with guilt.
He waited anxiously for the elevator, he was going crazy. He got mad at the elevator for going so slow, as the door finally opened he quickly ran out of the office building and quickly signalled his driver.
"We're going to Pavel's place, Pon is missing and I need to find him." Sailub screamed at the driver who quickly became alert and opened the door for Sailub who quickly got inside the Black SUV.
The driver went and drove to
Pavel-Sailub's best friend who helped him with everything, Pavel was like an FBI Agent but isn't, he's a rich businessman like Sailub. The view and the traffic in Bangkok made Sailub furious, the cold air conditioning and the Jasmine scent from inside the AC inside the SUV made Sailub calm down despite how angry and annoyed he is right now.
He was filled with worry, fear and anxiety, he couldn't help but wonder: where is Pon? who was the man he went with? what is he doing right now? is he in danger?
that was inside Sailub's mind, the traffic didn't help. The driver did his best to sneak in between the cars just to go faster but it couldn't be helped, they were stuck in traffic.
Sailub clenched his fists, frustration rising with every passing minute. The traffic in Bangkok seemed endless, as if the world itself was conspiring to keep him from reaching Pavel.
He could feel his heart racing, the thoughts of Pon's whereabouts gnawing at him like a relentless ache. Where was he? Who was he with? What if something happened?
The cold air conditioning in the SUV did little to quell the heat in his chest, but the scent of jasmine seemed to settle his frayed nerves just enough to keep him from spiraling.
Still, every time the vehicle lurched forward only to stop again, Sailub's irritation flared. Why was the city so congested now of all times? His thoughts felt as stuck as the car, moving at a snail's pace while the urgency pulsed in his veins.
He kept replaying the words Garfield had said: Pon's not answering. It's been hours. Panic bubbled inside him, and for the first time, the weight of guilt began to press down on his chest.
Why didn't I notice sooner? The thought made his stomach churn. He should have paid more attention, should have been more present, more involved in Pon's life.
But now wasn't the time for regret. He needed answers. He needed to find Pon.
After what seemed like an eternity, the SUV finally broke free from the grip of the traffic, weaving through the narrow streets until they reached the lavish gates of Pavel's mansion.
The driver slowed, stopping just short of the entrance, and Sailub wasted no time. He threw open the door and rushed out of the vehicle, barely pausing to give a curt nod to the driver before hurrying up the stone steps to the grand doors of the estate.
The doors swung open before he could even knock, and Pavel stood there, his usual calm demeanor replaced by a rare seriousness.
Pavel was tall, sharply dressed, with an air of confidence that made him seem more like a general than a businessman. He wasted no time in greeting Sailub but instead motioned for him to enter.
