I woke up without any nightmare and went downstairs straight away. I heard the clang of pots in the kitchen and knew it was my mother, cooking me a lovely breakfast as usual. I decided to go and help out. I strolled inside the kitchen and greeted my mother but to my surprise she did not answer. She stood still and then turned around with a creepy grin on her face. With that, i woke up from my nightmare.
I ran up to my bathroom and wiped away my tears. What was the dream trying to tell me?? Was my mother really dangerous?? Would she really hurt me?? I shook away my disturbing thoughts and ran downstairs careful not to be seen by my mother since it would be awkward. I quickly ran out of the house, and walked to school as fast as i could. Before reaching school i took out my phone and texted my mother.
"im on my way to school. Don't worry about me ok. Love you" i texted hastily since one part of ne still refused to believe my nightmare. I entered the majestic gates of the school only to find one hundred eyes staring at me in the hallway. I tried not to make eye contact but failed miserably. A strong shove pushed me across the hallway. The room filled with giggles and loud laughs. I looked up to see Emily grinning at me.
" Hello Ellie" emily spoke with hate evident in her voice. " you finished with our project yet?" she asked as she pulled my hair to make me sit up. Fortunately , mrs hawkins saw emily torture me. " break it up you two!" she commanded. Mrs hawkins took me to the nurse and took emily to the principle's office.
Later on that day i heard that emily had gotten suspended for 3 days which meant more trouble for me...
