I entered the huge gates of school and found million eyes staring at me yet again. Giggles filled the room as i walked past. I kept my eyes on the floor trying not to make eye contact. I bumped into a figure. " watch where you're going brat!" an angry voice called out. I looked back to see emily. I took a long sigh. When would my life stop tormenting me! I thought.
After the last bell that signalled it was time to go home, i went to the place where mark and buzz had promised to help me. I walked untill i reached the address that was given to me: 12th street, clarkson drive, moonsburg. That's were the middle class people lived. I walked through the street and saw the red little gate. I entered the tiny gate and was welcomed inside the house by mark.
" what happened today?" mark asked with concern. " well nothing much" i answered. " i was just laughed on and bumped into" i finished. " okay" " you may go now " he nodded his head and gestured towards the door. I exited the house and ran across the street back home.
" mom open the door!!!!" i screamed. With a loud thud the door opened and my mom appeared in the doorway. " hii honeyy!" my mother said while gritting her teeth which she thought i did not see. " hi mom" i said. I entered the house and ran up to my room. I felt something behind me when i turned around i saw my mother looking right at me with an evil smile plastered on her face.
I ran up to my room as my mom followed me but before she made it to my room, i slammed the door in her face and locked it tightly. My mother slammed her fists on the door. " open up little elliiieee !!" my mother screamed out. " i won't hurt you...yet!!" she ranted on. I took a bag out of my cupboard and quickly stuff in some clothes and anything that came to my hand. I opened up the window and set my tied up blanket against the windowsill. I looked at room for one last time. Tears threatened to spill over my cheeks but i kept them in. The banging on the door got intense and with a loud thud the door banged open. That's when i jumped.
