Chapter Five

Another woman was murdered at night time. James was called to another scene after getting a phone call while he was asleep in his bed. James turned on his side and he grabbed his iPhone from the nightstand and he answered the phone. It is currently two in the morning.

After James answered the phone, he was told by Ben that another woman was murdered. James sighed and he said to Ben that he's on his way to the crime scene once again. After Jame hangs up the phone, he gets out of his bed and he goes to the closet to get dressed. Once James has arrived at the crime scene, he walks up to Ben, and asks him what happened to the woman.

"Just like Alisha Willams, underwear pulled down, and just wearing a nightgown, she died in the same way Alisha Williams had died," says Ben, while both James and Ben were walking down the street then crossing the street.

But then James and Ben stopped walking in the middle of the road. James nodded his head and he sighed. "Okay, so who is the witness, or are there more than one witnesses," wondered James. "Uh, this man named Roger Reagen. He's a manager of a restaurant and he found the body lying outside across the street as he was closing up his restaurant," says Ben.

"Okay, so we just have one witness," says James. "Yeah. But be aware, whoever killed this woman, this woman was murdered in a very bad way, and boy when I saw the body, I had to turn away," says Ben. James nods his head. "So she was murdered pretty badly," says James.

"Yeah," answered Ben. James walked up to the body of the dead woman on the other side of the street, and he noticed the body was covered in blood and blood was splattered all over the body and the woman's face and blood dripping and sliding on the ground. James closed his eyes and he took a deep breath and sighed. James opened his eyes and looked down at the woman once again. Ben walked up to James and he stood next to him. "Melinda, do you know the cause of death," says James.

Melinda looks at James. Melinda sighed. "Yeah, the woman died by being stabbed as well. Multiple wounds on the chest. She bled to death," says Melinda. "My partner Ben says she was possibly raped," says James. "Yeah. Her underwear was pulled down. She was wearing just a nightgown as well. Just like the last victim, Alisha Williams," says Melinda. "So if we haven't found out who killed Alisha Williams, and John Wayne, and this woman just yet, then it is possible the same suspect killed these women and John Wayne," says James.

"Do you still think it's Johnny Velva who killed this woman as well as Alisha Williams and John Wayne," says Ben.

"We don't know yet. Someone accused Johnny, and the DNA confirmed that it wasn't Johnny who murdered John Wayne. I just do not know why it is taking the forensic team forever to confirm the identity of who killed John Wayne and Alisha Williams, who also possibly killed this woman as well," says James.

"Well actually, I did hear back from one of the forensic experts and they said that the fingerprints on the murder weapon that was used to kill Alisha Williams, it didn't confirm the identity of the killer because unfortunately the forensic experts think the perpetrator wore gloves before using the weapon to kill Alisha Williams and the fingerprints that were shown on John Wayne's neck, the fingerprints were wiped off by the perpetrator, and I am thinking someone accused Johnny into killing John Wayne when he touched the sides of John Wayne's neck at the scene," says Ben.

"Okay. But it did not show in the video that Johnny was at the scene," says James.

"Well I did come across a different surveillance video where Johnny had also found John Wayne at the scene. He was touching the neck of John Wayne with his fingers. So, if the DNA hasn't identify who killed John Wayne after suspecting Johnny into killing John Wayne, then I'm thinking whoever killed Alisha Williams and John Wayne, and the murder weapon that was used to kill Alisha Williams, they wore gloves before using the murder weapon, so no fingerprint was shown to identify who killed Alisha Williams, and the fingerprints were wiped off John Wayne's neck. So that's why we still can't find out who killed Alisha Williams and John Wayne, they'd keep getting rid of evidence," says Ben.

"But Alisha Williams was raped. We should know who sexually assaulted this woman and Alisha Williams if they can't identify who murdered them. As well as who murdered John Wayne. And I know for sure the murder weapon that was used to kill this woman, the suspect wore gloves, so I do know that the forensic experts will also not be able to identify who killed this woman as well as Alisha Williams and John Wayne," says James.

Ben nods his head. James sighed. "Okay, then who sexually assaulted this woman and Alisha Williams, if we can't confirm who murdered them," says James.

"Rape kit hasn't come back yet that was performed on Alisha Williams, because of the quality of the evidence," says Ben.

    James sighed in frustration.

"Okay, great. So we will never be able to find this person," says James, sighing.

A police officer had come up to James and Peter and told them that he found a kid, dead. James sighed and he and Ben immediately followed the police officer. James and Ben saw a little boy lying on the ground dead just about a block away from the woman.

"What is going on?" wondered James. James where he was standing was looking at the boy. The boy also looked like he was starved to death and he was also stabbed.
