BE SELFISH
"OH, my God! Dude, you scared the hell out of me! Your mom said you weren't home yet." Stiles exclaimed as he rubbed his chest in surprise, looking at Scott who was gripping the sides of the small couch he was sitting on, his brown eyes eyeing stiles.
"I came in through the window." Scott spoke blankly, his eyes gazing up at the now almost full moon "Okay. Uh, well, let's get this set up. I want you to see what I bought." Stiles spoke confusion crossing his face as he knelt down besides a bag.
"I'm fine. I'm just gonna lock the door and go to bed early tonight." Scott mumbled, the moonlighting grazing the side of his tanned skin. Stiles cleared his throat, wetting his lips nervously as he took sight of the boy's glare and monotone voice.
"You sure about that? 'Cause you've got this kind of serial killer look going on in your eyes, and I'm hoping it's the full moon taking effect, 'cause it's really starting to freak me out." Stiles said nervously
"I'm fine. You should go now."Scott grumbled,
Making stiles nod slowly as he took hint of his threatening look. "All right,I'll leave."he said, his heart race picking up slightly "Well, look, would you just at least look in the bag and see what I brought? You know, maybe you use it, maybe you don't. Sound good?"The Stilinski boy added, raising his browsScott stood up from his seat as he imitated Stiles' crouched position, his being grand reaching into stiles bag, slowly pulling out a rope of connected chains making him leave out a sally growl, looking at stiles with a glare. "You think I'm gonna let you put these on and chain me up like a dog?" Scott scoffed cooly,
"Actually no.."Stiles mumbled, his hand reaching down into his jeans' back pocket, clutching the pair of handcuffs he had put in earlier that night, this time acting faster than he thought he would have, quickly handcuffing one of Scott's hand to a nearby heater and immediately stepping back as the boy tried to break free but was incapable of.
"What the hell are you doing?!"Scott yelled angrily, Stiles ran his hand over his mouth before propping his fingers to the sides of his hips "Protecting you from yourself... and giving you some payback..
For making out with Lydia, and part of me is also giving you payback for kissing clove too."
...
"Thank you, seriously for dropping me off, Jackson."The brunette smiled as she gazed over to the Dirty blonde haired boy besides her,
His pearly white teeth shining as the corners of his mouth twitched into a wide smile, not knowing that the boy had broken up with his girlfriend for her."It's no worries."the boy said softly as he gripped the sides of his Porsche's steering wheel. Clove leaned back in her seat as they stood still, parked by the Waldorf's residence.
"Your..not leaving?" Jackson asked slowly with a scoff, acting as if he wasn't glad she hadn't left yet. She looked over at him, her smile fading "things are home are weird."she whispered "My dad is barely home anymore, my mom is probably inside, believing some stupid lie about my brother.."The girl spoke, accidentally leaving out something she was supposed to keep to herself and herself only, something she hadn't told Scott or Stiles, making The Whittemore boy raise his eyebrows
"Your brother? I thought Sam was on a trip to New York with his friends for like a school project." The boy scoffed, sending a shiver down Clove's spine, a vivid memory of Sam's fiery eyes replaying her mind. She tried to think of a solid lie, a lie that would cover up the mistake she just has made. She quickly put up a smile and nodded "yeah he just didn't tell her about his girlfriend coming along, probably sucking each other's faces off right now." She said, making the boy laughed as she forced herself to laugh along.
The two's laughter died out as Jackson stared at her "You know I broke up with her," The boy said, "Lydia." He clarified making Clove raise her eyebrows "I wonder how she took it."she said "not good." Jackson said with a low chuckle as a vivid image of the strawberry blonde sobbing popped into mind
He focused his attention on Clove who was staring up at the stars, the moonlight grazing her fair skin. He stayed silent as he contemplated the sight in front of him, he hadn't realized just how beautiful the girl actually was. "I didn't tell you the reason I broke up with her."he spoke up making the brunette snap her head his way, her lips bright pink lips parting slightly.
"I broke up with her because my heart, belongs to someone else..someone I had and lost for something so freakishly stupid."the boy scoffed. Clove tilted her head to the side, shaking it slowly as she realized where this was heading, she couldn't lie and say that over the start of the year, she hadn't felt a little spark inside her when she walked besides Jackson but she didn't want to be the reason he had broken up with his girlfriend "Jackson.."she warned softly
"We can't do this..I can't do this..and as much as I hate Lydia—"she started before the boy abruptly caught her off in a firm tone "see clove? There is this thing about you..where you care about everyone else's happiness without putting yours first, your too selfless..and as much as that is the part I like you, I think you deserve a moment to be happy too."
She stared at him, in complete awe at his words, her heart beating rapidly, her eyes batting. As Jackson noticed no Reply came out of the Waldorf girl, he continued "so I'm asking you..this time, don't care about everyone else and just be yourself. Be selfish for once."
Without thinking, Clove's head tilted as she leaned in, Jackson mimicking her movements until their lips connected. Her heart beating as guilt creeped in for a beat, before she felt an odd sense of excitement, it did feel good breaking the rules for once.
Jackson's hand slid down to hold the small of her back, his head going to the back of neck, clutching her auburn hair as he felt the Brunette swing her leg and straddle herself on his lap, cupping his sharp jawline with her hands, trailing kisses down his collarbone.
"Didn't know you had it in you,Waldorf.." he mumbled lowly, hyperventilating slightly as the corners of his lips twitching into a slight smirk.
Last year when they dated, they kept their interactions limited to a small peck in the lips, or a kiss that didn't last more than two seconds, because Clove was too shy for anything else. but now, now, Jackson was discovering a part of Clove he didn't know was buried
