its been a while since ive touched this ff! (uh oh) but THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 1000 FOLLOWERS!

as you guys can tell, this is more material for this ff! unlike my two earlier muichiro ffs, i had a bit of a hard time deciding whether i wanting to make an extra chapter special for this ff or if i wanted to follow along with what im doing w the other two completed ffs! this ff hasnt hit 100k and therefore doesnt have the "special-that-puts-a-cherry-ontop-of-everything-and-conveniently-closes-any-plotholes" yet, so i debated whether i should deviate from the norm and instead write a chapter.

but then i was like thinking ab it and out of my three completed muichiro ffs, heartache is the ff that i have the MOST stuff to rant about so i decided to talk about the making of this ff, alternate ways this ff couldve ended, and other stuff. i'll save the glimpse into the future for if this ff ever hits 100k!

still, i'd like to explain heartache a little further as
well as revealing something that i havent told anyone about in regards to heartache.

this special is NOT like restaurant girl's or fully yours'. heartache doesnt have the potential to be a fluffy fanfic. rather, i dont WANT this special to be cutesy. if you are easily offended and take things to heart, this may not be the special for you.

without further ado, here's an absolute brain dump for the ff that i put probably the most work into (besides tbya oh my gosh)!

THE JOURNEY BEHIND MAKING HEARTACHE!

Around the time I'd began writing this fanfic, I was going through a lot of changes in interest and got inspired by the atmosphere of films like Thirteen (2003) and All About Lily Chou-Chou (2002).

These films both take place in the 2000s and I loved the idea of replicating the empty vibe that these two films gave me. So, I did a bit of research on 2000s Japan and got to writing.
