Writer's POV
Two years later...

"Mae!"

Emma bent down and picked up the stuffed teddy bear from the carpeted floor, sighing to herself. Why couldn't toddlers pick up after themselves?

She ran into the room, her brown hair bouncing around her as she approached her mother, "Yes mommy?" A beaming smile played on her lips.

Emma kneeled before her daughter, holding the teddy bear up for her to take, "Don't leave a mess."

Mae took the stuffed toy and hugged it to her chest, "Sorry."

She smiled warmly, "Don't worry, it's fine baby. Just don't anymore, alright?"

The blue-eyes child nodded and wondered off to her room, which had been remodeled with a bed instead of a crib and the walls had been repainted a pastel lavender color.

Hearing a knock on the door, and knowing exactly who it was, Emma got up from the floor and went to open it.

When she did, she was greeted with a kiss that made her smile, "Hi there."

Killian stepped in wrapping his arms around his wife's waist and giving her a second peck to the lips, "Guess what?"

"Mm, what?"

"He finally bought our recording studio, The Jones' Studio is going to be bigger than ever!" He grinned.

Arthur Gold, which according to Killian is 'one of the best record deal owners in the history of all time' had been jumping around the idea of buying their music studio. Since the little studio had grown over time, it became more popular.

"What? That's amazing!" Emma said excitedly.

"I know, I know. I'm going to get a bigger pay and I get to record for some really huge singers. It's going to be wonderful." His smile stretched from ear to ear.

"Well, I'm proud of you." She kissed his cheek, "Now come on, someone's been waiting to see you all day.." Just as Emma finished her sentence, Mae came running in.

"Daddy!"

Killian chuckled and leaned down as she ran into his arms, "Hey baby girl."

"I missed you," The child wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him tight.

He smiled and stood up, holding Mae against him with his arm and hand, "And how's my favorite girl been today?"

"I had a cupcake." She laughed happily.

"Wait wha-" He turned to Emma, "You let her have frosting?"

She rolled her eyes, "Cut it out, it was going to happen sooner or later. She can't be on your no-sweets diet for the rest of her life."

He sighed and put Mae back down on the floor, "Go get dressed. We're going out to your favorite restaurant since it's your birthday." He smiled, pulling a small black box from his pocket as he lowered himself to her lever again, "And, I got you something."

"What is it what is it?!" She jumped up and down with enthusiasm.

He pulled out a silver necklace from the container and held it up for her to see.
It was a thin silver chain, and dangling from it was a heart with her initials on one side and her birth date on the other.

He watched a smile grow on her face as he put the necklace on for her, "Do you like it?"

Mae nodded and hugged him again, "Thank you!"

"You are very welcome," He kissed her forehead sweetly, "Now go get ready."

She ran off into her room leaving Emma and Killian alone.

"Favorite girl, huh?" She raised an eyebrow.

"You're right after her." He teased and put his hands on her hips, leaning in and capturing her mouth in a loving kiss.

She returned it with the same care and moved her fingers to the back of his head as she pulled away, "I want another one."

"Me too," He chuckled, "But first wait until the terrible two's are over with this one."

"They're not so terrible." She shrugged with a sideways smile.

Just before their lips touched again, Mae ran in clothed in a pink t-shirt with the Care Bears on it and black leggings along with metallic sandals.

"I'm ready!"

Emma and Killian smiled at each other before she went to open the door, the little girl instantly ran out and rushed to the car.

He looked at his beloved and smiled, "We still have sixteen years to go, and we've got to make sure we enjoy every single second of them."

She nodded, "Agree."

They both shared a long gaze into each other eyes before they kissed again, never being able to get enough of each other, "I love you." She smiled pulling away.

"I love you, too."

And to answer many of you, yes I will continue writing, I've always loved it and i'll definitely start some new fanfictions in a little while.
