It was a voice she heard for the first time, even though it had been attached to her like a tail.

The man with a large build stroked his rough beard as if thinking about something.

『I remember that guy's habit of saying that. 』

『… … Yes? 』

Hee-joo looked at him warily with bewildered eyes.

『That bone-dry bastard would take pictures of the sky at sunset like a crazy person. 』

Hee-joo furrowed her eyebrows at the casual tone.

The bodyguard who saw that face waved his hand in a "Oh no."

"Oh, back in the old days, back in the old days. When that boss was a young war correspondent."

"… … .."

"Actually, it's disgusting, because he keeps doing things that don't suit him. That's why I asked him."

"You…."

Hee-joo was speechless at the thought of her husband's past that she didn't know about.

『He said he knew a kid with a red name. 』

“… … !”

So, that’s why his head is like this when he sees the sunset, he muttered. Laughing

『I thought that even those guys have loose screws. 』

“Ah…”

The sound that came out through her weak vocal cords trembled slightly.

『Even back then, when he saw kids sitting on the street, he would smoke a cigarette. I guess he still have a weakness for children. 』

At that moment, the name came to mind like a gift.

It was a conviction that struck like lightning.

Then, as if she had fallen into water, her breathing suddenly became rapid. Hee-joo stared at Baek Sa-eon, breathing heavily.

At that moment, the child in his arms smiled broadly and reached out to Hee-joo.

Her nose felt strangely tingly.
‘Yeah… … When I was little…’

‘I've blown out the candles in your arms, the sky is like a flame.‘

Baek Sa-eon, who caught Hee-joo's tearful expression, quickly put the child down and approached her with brisk strides.

"You're too close."

"What?"

"I never told you to approach my wife!"

He pushed the bodyguard's shoulder and interjected.

But Hee-joo was already lost in thought and was just chewing her fingernails.

'What if she thinks I'm too self-absorbed? What if she says she doesn't like it?'

"I'm back."

He greeted her, burying his tired face in Hee-joo's hair.

“Sorry for getting off track, Hong Hee-joo, I remember when you were young.”

“Huh?”

“Back then, I thought you weren’t human.”

“What…”

“I thought there was a doll walking around.”

A warm breath fell on her shoulder.

“I’m done.”

He tightened his grip around Hee-joo’s waist as if he was tying her up, and his gestures were just like a whimper.
