(He then pulls out a ridewatch as he smirks.)
Eliot: Time to take this cutie for a test drive!
(He adjusts it and presses it.)

(He places the ridewatch in his driver and prepares to transform.)
Eliot: Henshin!
RIDER TIME! KAMEN RIDER NECRO!
(He transforms into Kamen Rider Necro, and then he walks towards the people who then notice his Kamen Rider Form, and a little girl runs away scared.)
Mother: My little girl.
(Her mother runs to catch them as several S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents come in to try to shoot him.)
S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent: OPEN FIRE!
(They try to shoot him, but Necro isn't fazed.)

Necro: (laughs) You fools, your primitive weapons are no match for me. Kamen Rider... Necro!
(In the top of a building, Percy Howard is seen in his Kamen Rider Birthright form as he jumps off and glides towards Necro before both throw a punch at each other.)

Birthright: For truth, justice, and the American Way. Kamen Rider Birthright!
Necro: Well, well, well, looks like I found a real opponent, I suppose.
(Both Birthright and Necro throw punches at each other as they dodge, but Birthright performs a roundhouse kick that Necro blocks and jumps to a building's wall. As Necro goes to pounce on Birthright, he flies towards him and kicks him. He glares and tries to punch him, but he blocks his attack before punching his face as he grabs him and flies to the top of a building, where he throws him down.)
Birthright: Time for the big finish.
Necro: (gets up) You're going to be the one finished.
AMERICAN EAGLE PUNCH!
FINISH TIME! NECRO TIME BREAK!
(Birthright flies towards Necro, who prepares to punch him. Birthright punches Necro as well, and overpowers him as the Dark RIder crashes through buildings and is defeated.)
Eliot: Ugh... so... strong...
(Back to Birthright, the citizens cheer for him as he waves and flies away. Unbeknownst to him, a Kamen Rider who looks like him is watching him on the top of another building.)

(He opens a portal and leaves as the screen fades to black.)
