Chapter 9: Lexie's High school graduation and Girls On Fire

May eighteenth came quickly and it was time for Lexie to graduate high school.
Balor gave her jewelry that was so beautiful.
Daphne surprised her with a gorgeous hand made dress. A pretty pink dress that made Lexie cried when she got to see it.
Lexie blushed "Oh Daph it's gorgeous I can't wait to wear it this afternoon. I can't wait for Ollie to see me with it on and the jewelry Balor made for me."
Balor made Lexie an Irish cross necklace and earrings.
Daphne"I already told the school you won't be
wearing a white dress for graduation sis.
Don't worry they agreed to it."
Lexie"Daph please help me get ready.
I kind of nourvous about this.
I just want everything to go right.
I fear it will go wrong some how.
I kind of feel nauseous now from anxiety."
Daphne"Oh Lexie by chance could you be pregnant? Your body has changed a lot over the
past few months. Did you and Ollie do anything on the day after Christmas sis?"
Lexie blushed"Oh Daph we did and it felt so good. But I ve not been sick and. I've taken a few pregnancy tests and they were all negative.
I'm not pregnant. But my breasts did get quite
a lot bigger between then and now. I just can't wait to marry Ollie. He has always been so good to me."
Lexie blushed sighing "Oh" as she felt some drip out. Triggered by thoughts of Ollie and the day after Christmas.
Daphne"Lexie it's fine sis. I did that as a teen.
Balor and I had five kids back then and we are just fine. You and Ollie will make it to a point when it is appropriate for the two of you to
have kids. Ollie will make a wonderful husband and dad someday. Lexie , let's get you made up
not too long until we have to be at graduation."
Lexie blushed nodding and let out a belch and was relieved after she did.
Lexie"Oops Excuse me. That was so embarrassing. This was so unlady like and rude of me. Although I do feel a lot better after that.
I can't wait to hug Ollie on our last moment of being in highschool. Ollie is so hot. I hope I don't get him too excited with my outfit."
Lexie giggled softly with a gentle blush appearing on her cheeks.
Daphne"Lexie you are so beautiful and you
are cute when you blush.
Let me assess your abdomen just to make sure you are definitely not pregnant."
As Daphne assessed Lexie's abdomen Lexie
blushed and a rather large belch escaped her lips.
Daphne"It's just fine Lexie let out whatever has to come out. "
Lexie nodded knowing her older sister was right.
Lexie"Oh Daph it hurts so bad right there.
I...I..."Lexie trailed off letting several more
large belches escape her lips.
Daphne "Let me get you some anti nausea meds
sis." Daphne grabbed some anti nausea meds from her purse and a water bottle.
Daphne"Lexie here are them meds, please take small sips of water with them ok sis."
Lexie nodded finishing taking the meds.
One more large belch escaped Lexie's lips.
Lexie blushed "Excuse me Daph.
I'm feeling much better now.
Should I take another pregnancy test ?"
Daphne nodded pulling one from her purse.
Daphne"Lexie let me help you sis. "
Daphne led Lexie to the bathroom and helped with the pregnancy test.
Lexie looked at the test"It's negative Daph crisis avoided for now. Wonder why I'm so gassy today and a little bloated to. I sure hope the dress will fit. Now let's finished getting me ready for this."
They finished reading Lexie and Daphne told everyone to cover their eyes.
They all obliged happily.
Daphne waked Lexie downstairs and into the living room.
Daphne announced"Alexandra Danica Sevride is all ready for her graduation everyone can
look now."
Kelly "Lexie you look so gorgeous.
I can't believe my baby Lexie is all grown up.
I can't wait to watch while you are in Girls On Fire. Come give Dad a hug my sweet Lexie."
Stella"Lexie you look great.
Daph you and Balor did so well with her dress and Jewelry."
Lexie hugged Kelly whispering"Dad you always were my hero and you always will continue to be my hero. I love you Dad."
An hour and twenty five minutes later at graduation the called"Alexandra Danica Sevride. Lexie was the valedictorian.
Later at Daphne's business the Sevride's , The O'Reilly's and Amaya had dinner.
While Lexie was eating she let out a sighed"Oh"
having felt a small pop. Ollie with a mischievous grin whispered "Lexie looks like your bra hooks popped my love.
I think you breasts are a bit too big for your bra
my sweet Lexie. I love you no matter what my love."
Daphne patted Lexie's arm"Sis let's go into one of the family bathrooms I will help you.
You seem kind of bloated again Lexie I will
helf you get some relief sis."
They walked to the family bathroom locking the door.
Lexie noticed a couch with a chase lounge
Lexie sat down Daphne stated to massage Lexie's stomach.
Lexie let out a groan as the gas started to break up inside her.
Lexie blushed and belched and passed gat at regular intervals.
Daphne"There ,there Lexie just let it out.
Don't be embarrassed your big sis is right here
darling.'
Lexie continued to belch and pass gas.
When she was done Lexie blushed whispering
"Oops I guess I just need to use the bathroom now. I guess you should fix my bra before I
finish up in the bathroom."
Lexie got up and Daphne unzipped her dress
re-hooking her bra zipping her dress back up.
Lexie finished in the bathroom another small belch.
The girls returned to the meal.
When Lexie sat down Ollie whispered"You seem to be feeling much better.now my love.
I want to give you something special tonight
my sweet gorgeous Lexie."
Lexie blushed"Oh Ollie aren't you just the sweetest honey."
Ollie whispered back"Lexie I will take you to the guest house to give you my special gift."
Lexie blushed an even deeper shade of red.
Kelly noticed" Lexie my sweet daughter what's wrong?"
Lexie"Nothing Dad. Is it ok if Ollie and I go somewhere quickly after we finish here?"
Kelly retorted "Lexie both of you go do what you need to after we finish here my sweet baby
girl."
Lexie"Thank you so much Dad."
They finished their food.
Then Ollie and Lexie went to the guest house.
Inside the guest house Ollie pulled a small box from his suit coat pocket.
Ollie asked her"Alexander "Lexie" Danica Sevride will you be be my forever girlfriend?
I promise to take care of you no matter what
my sweet Lexie."Lexie kissed him passionately
as if to say yes. Next Lexie blushed whispering
"Ollie you have been excited this whole time
my love. Ouch my chest hurts."
Ollie"Shhh Lexie darling let me help with that.
Let's go into the bedroom and I will massage you."
As Ollie massaged Lexie's chest she sighed
"Oh"
Ollie"Lexie my love what is it?"
Lexie blushed "Oops I think some thing just dripped out. But. I just took a pregnancy test earlier today and it was negative. So how could I possibly have and breast milk leak out."
Ollie"Oh Lexie it's fine my love.
Let's get you in to more comfortable clothes darling."
Lexie nodded reaching into her go bag grabbing a sports bra, a tshirt and capris that are stretchy.
Lexie undressed and got changed quickly.
Lexie had tons of pictures on her cell phone of graduation. They went back to Kelly and Stella's house and Lexie showed everyone her promise ring.
Balor chuckled knowing he had made the ring.
Kelly "Ollie that was sweet of you.
Lexie, Dad knows how much you look forward
to marrying Ollie some day.
Let's focus on Girls On Fire and college and any other career training programs that might be something you would enjoy."
Lexie "Dad I can't wait to start Girls On Fire."
Lexie texted Daphne"Daph can you ask your Papa if his friend will teach me how to make jewelry?
Maybe something else?
Maybe he could teach me how to do business and investing?"
Daphne returned"Lexie of course or you can go to culinary school and work for me."
Lexie returned her message"Daphne I just want to be able to take good care of Ollie and our kids some day. Maybe Balor could teach Ollie?
Ollie does enjoy cooking maybe he could work
for you?"
Daphne texted affirming"Lexie just relax sis
you two will get there I promise.
I know how much you love Ollie sis don't worry
he definitely adores you.
Let me see what he gave you when you two were alone."
Lexie sent the picture of the promise ring to Daphne.
Daphne text affirmed"Lexie it is so pretty sis
He adores you so much.
I thought I saw Balor making a similar ring.
Lexie did you have any soreness or pain after you left dinner sis?"
Lexie blushed reding this and texted back"Daphne my chest did hurt when I was alone with Ollie.
Ollie massaged my chest and some breast milk
came out. I took another pregnancy test and it was negative. I wonder what's going on with
my body right now Daph. I was so embarrassed when that happened Daph."
Daphne's message read"Lexie let me take you to my doctor. She will give you a definitive answer sis. No worries we will figure this out
before you start Girls On Fire."
Lexie text read"Daph please make the appointment for as soon as possible sis.
We need to know it would be a huge embarrassment to Dad and Stella if I was pregnant and had to put off Girls On Fire."
Daphne's text read"Got it sis I'm making the appointment online right now for early tomorrow morning sis.
We will take care of this to getthings figured out. I have a feeling it will work out.
I love you so much sis. See you in the morning before school. Make sure Ollie goes home
Get some rest your appointment is at six o'clock
in the morning. Love you so much Lexie goodnight sis."
Lexie's text read"Thanks Daph and goodnight sis. I love you so much too."
Lexie turned to Ollie"Ollie babe one more hug and kiss and you have to go home."
Ollie nodded sadly whispering"Lexie I need the warmth and comfort of your body beside me to sleep better. Babe you're wish is my command my sweet Lexie. Goodnight Lexie
my sweet love. I will see you tomorrow my love."
Ollie pulled Lexie into a tight hug kissing her lips passionately.
Ollie left as he drove he cried hard.
Lexie got ready and went to bed crying in her sleep.
At five ten the next morning Daphne picked up
Lexie.
Daphne"Oh Lexie you were crying weren't you sis?
It's alright Dr. Cho Nguyen will get us the answers.
Lexie you seem nourvous about this it's will be alright."
Lexie blushed as a large belch slips past he lips.
Lexie"Excuse me. How rude and unlady like of me. Guess I'm very nervous sis. Ouch my chest kind of hurts again. I was crying in my sleep last night because I just need to be part of Girls
On Fire. I can't if I'm pregnant Daph. I just
need to make it a few more years maybe until
twenty seven or thirty two before Ollie and I have kids."
At five thirty five am they arrived At Dr. Cho Nyugen' s office.
One of the nurses called"Alexandra Sevride
come with me.
Lexie "Can my sister Daphne come with me?"
The nurse nodded.
Daphne followed them to the exam room.
Between the nurse leaving and Dr.Cho Nyugen
joining them Lexie winced.
Daphne "Lexie I noticed you were in pain in the car. You want some help with finding relief?
Sis I love you don't worry I'm here."
Lexie nodded and Daphne started to massage her chest.
A little later Lexie let out a sigh"Oh!"
Daphne"Lexie that is quite a bit I'm starting to think you might be getting false negatives on
the pregnancy tests."
Lexie had an open container on the table beside her.
Daphne picked it up massaging Lexie again.
Lexie emmted another sigh"Ohhhh!"
When the container was full Lexie blushed.
"Daph, I think there is a bit more left.
But the Doctor will be in soon."
Daphne nodded before helping Lexie express the last amounts of breast milk. Then she wiped up and covered her.
Dr. Cho Nyugen knocked on the door quipping.
"Lexie Sevride can I come in?"
Lexie"Yes Dr Cho please come in."
Dr Cho"What seemed to be the problem Lexie?"
Lexie"Dr, I've been really anxious , gassy and I have had to express breast milk.
I also took five pregnancy tests and all of them were negative. I'm so confused.
My sister even helped me express quite a bit of
breast milk. My boyfriend Ollie and I have had
sex a few times."
Doctor Cho"Lexie, I'm going to asses your stomach now."
As Doctor Cho pressed on her belly Lexie
Let out a few large belches.
Lexie"Excuse me. How unlady like and rude of me."
Suddenly Lexie felt the urgeto urinate.
Lexie"Is there a pregnancy test in the bathroom because I have to urinate.'
Doctor Cho nodded"Go take the test Lexie."
As Lexie gave her sample for the test she felt some small burps escape her lips and blushed.
Twenty minutes after she rrturned the results were back.
Doctor Cho"Lexie your not pregnant.
The ultrasound room is this way just to know we are completely sure."
Lexie dressed and went to the ultrasound room
where they made sure she was not pregnant.
As the tech moved the ultrasound wand over Lexie's belly she blushed as a small burp escapes her lips and a bit of urine leaked out.
The ultrasound tech"Your not pregnant."
In the car on the way to 51 Lexie quipped
"Daph if I'm not pregnant then why am I so gassy? Could I have Celiac Disease like you?"
Daphne"Lexie we are not biological sisters
so unless someone in your mom's family has it
that's not what's going on."
They arrived at 51 and Lexie got out of the car.
During Girls On Fire Stella called out
"Collins ladders and dummy drag."
"Meyer,Sykes,Bearing,Chase dummy drag and
first aid."
Lexie by far was the quickest leaner in the group.
One of the other girls Aliona Meyer thought it odd Lexie was learning so fast.
One day during class Aliona thought she caught Lexie and Stella smiling at each other.
Aliona quipped to Stella"Are you and Lexie
related some how? You seem to have a bit of a soft spot for her. I've also noticed Kelly watching her as if he might be ber Dad with a big smile on his face."
Stella sternly"Aliona why would you think that?
Lexie's last name is Collins."
Aliona"I really se a resemblance between Kelly and Lexie for some reason."
Stella"Hmm I would not have any clue why you would say that." a few years later the class Graduated.
As Lexie drove to her graduation dinner at Daphne's business.
When she arrives Ollie immediately hugged and kissed her passionately.
Ollie"Lexie my love I'm so proud of you!
I made you this honey."
Ollie handed her a small box.
As Lexie opened the box she gasped.
"Oh Ollie it's beautiful. It seems some one is very excited."
Ollie"L.....Lexie.....I.....I can't wait to marry you
my sweet Lexie. Only three years then we can get married. "
Ollie blushed"Oops Lexie I just ..." He trailed off.
Lexie"Oh Ollie let's get the dried up.
We don't have too much longer until we can do that freely my love."
Lexie led Ollie to the family bathroom and she sat on the couch to wait for him.
Lexie sighed "Ohhhh" as Ollie showed her
how excited he was.
Ollie hugged Lexie also kissing her passionately.
Ollie"Lexie can we do something quick my love?"
Lexie"Ollie babe are you sure?
We have to eat dinner and then maybe we can
go to the guest house.
I promise we will take care of that later my love."
Ollie"Lexie I need you right now my love.
But you are right my love we should eat first."
Lexie and Ollie went to join the family for dinner.
During dinner Gina quipped"Auntie Lexie
when will you and Uncle Ollie get married?
When will I be an older cousin?"
Ollie chuckled softly "Gina sweetie that's a few years away little love. Lexie and I have other things to do before we get married and have little ones."
Immediately after which both David and Drew
let out large belches loud and proud.
At the same time the said"Our complements to the chef."
Gina rolled her eyes"Boys that is so rude grow up."
A few minutes later Mark Kelly Anthony and Maria Stella Wilson each walked to Daphne and Lexie.
Lexie"Hey little Stella what's going on sweetie?"
Maria Stella "Lexie will I ever find someone?
Will I be a firefighter like Papa, our sister , Balor , Kelly and his wife Stella?
Lexie smiled"Sweetie you've got plenty of time.
Who knows you could meet your boyfriend tomorrow or in a few years.
I promise you will get there someday sweetie.
Are you really sure you want to be a firefighter
sweetie?
How about a nurse?
Some kind of artist ?
You have a pretty singing voice.
You can paint pretty pictures.
You are a great writer as Daphne has shown me
some of your stories.
You know sweetie I'm a published author and I can help you get published."
