(A/N: Some is based on true events from me, just that it's fitted for my characters. I might not update as usual, I'm trying to catch up on some anime, plus school has started {depressing sigh}~)
(Update/10-27-15: Okay, sorry for the long wait! Sorry it's short, I had writer's block and will hopefully update faster and more frequently. Ha, now it's exactly 1,500 words! :3)
"Are you sure you want to go back?" Percy asked. "There is a flash flood warning, ya know." We were parked on the right side of the street in front of the carnival, the raining and traffic had died down.
"I have nothing to do anyways, so yeah," I replied. "Why? Are you worried about us?" I smiled cheekily.
He glared. "No, I'm just letting you know."
"There shouldn't be a a lot of people there anymore, so that's good," Zach grinned. "I want to try out the Zipper. Wanna join guys?"
Harper shook his head. "No, I don't want to be seen with a loser like you, Malfoy."
"Come on, Harps!" I encouraged. "We owe you guys. Plus, I'm sure deep down inside you really want to go."
He look flustered. "Since when did I say you can give me a nickname?"
"Since you started calling me 'Doll', Harps," I smirked.
"What?" Zach whined. "You haven't even given me a nickname, but you give him one?"
I shrugged, grabbing his hand. "Whatever, Malfoy. See you later guys, thanks for the lift." I waved before closing the door, but Harper stopped me.
"We're going, Doll," Harper said. This was the first time I have ever seen Harper not mad. I smiled. "What are you staring at? And why are you wearing a dress? It proves that you really are a doll."
I huffed, putting hands on my hips. "Why? You don't like it?"
"It makes you look fat," He sneered.
"That face makes you look ugly," I snapped. This time it was Percy snickering by my side. We fist bumped and walked away, heading towards the ticket booth, Zach and Harper behind.
"Apply some ice to that burn," I heard Zach say, then him laughing like a lunatic. Somewhere from behind, I heard Harper hit Zach, maybe in the gut, and Zach whining.
"Idiot," Percy sighed. "Harper has a horrid temper- as you know, Cullen."
"You can call me Jenna or Jen, whatever, ya know," I beamed. "I'll call you Seaweed Brain, like the real Percy Jackson! I'll explain later-"
He turned to me bewildered. "You read the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, too?!" He shook my shoulders.
I gasped. "Oh my gods! I've never met a fanboy before!" We started getting into a long conversation about our fandom as we bought four tickets and headed in, waiting for Harper and Zach to catch up. "This is unbelievable!" I gushed.
I saw a spark of excitement in Percy's eyes that I had never seen before. "You, me, at six, my house, after school tomorrow. I have a Camp Jupiter jacket that I ordered, though is too small. It looks about your size."
"Sweet, thanks, Seaweed Brain," I laughed. "I took the test and it said I was a daughter of Hades! So call me-"
"Ghost Queen," he grinned. "A gender-bend of Nico di Angelo."
