"HARDER"
Days had passed
Her parents were out of town, leaving her alone in their apartment—well, not entirely alone. Jungkook had practically moved in to.
—keep an eye on her.
That evening, Alessia found herself in the kitchen, stirring a pot of pasta.
She didn't hear Jungkook enter until his arms wrapped tightly around her waist, pulling her back against his chest.
"Missed me Love?" he murmured against her ear, his deep voice sending shivers down her spine.
"Jungkook," Alessia said, trying to sound annoyed, but the hint of a smile betrayed her.
"You were literally in the living room."
"Too far," he said, resting his chin on her shoulder. "I don't like being away from you."
Alessia rolled her eyes but didn't pull away. His warmth, the steady beat of his heart against her back.
"Can't breathe, Jungkook," Alessia teased, although she made no effort to escape his hold.
"Good. That means you're exactly where you're supposed to be," he said, tightening his arms playfully.
"Haha Are you hungry?" she asked.
Jungkook hummed thoughtfully. "Not for food."
"Jungkook!"
Alessia swatted at him with the wooden spoon, but he caught her wrist gently, a mischievous grin spreading across his face.
"What?" he said innocently, pulling her wrist to his lips and placing a soft kiss on it. "I'm just being honest."
She turned back to the stove, biting back a smile. "You're lucky I like you."
Jungkook leaned in closer, his lips brushing against her ear. "Like me? That's it?"
"Love you, whatever," Alessia mumbled, but the corners of her mouth lifted into a grin.
"That's better, I love you, too," he said, his voice dropping to a soft, sincere tone.
Alessia wiped her hands on a towel.
"There. Done," she murmured, a small smile of accomplishment tugging at her lips.
But before she could step back, strong hands, spinning her around in one smooth motion.
"Jungko—"
Her words were swallowed as his lips crashed onto hers, urgent and full of emotion.
She froze for half a second, startled, before melting into him, her hands instinctively finding their way to his shoulders.
The kiss deepened, his hands pressing into the small of her back, pulling her closer as if the space between them was unbearable.
When he finally pulled back, she gasped for air, her chest rising and falling.
"What was that for?" she whispered, her voice trembling with a mix of surprise and exhilaration.
He didn't answer.
Instead, his lips trailed down to her jaw, then lower, pressing featherlight kisses along the curve of her neck.
His hands traveled up her back, holding her firmly in place as if he were afraid she might slip away.
"Mm J-Jungkook..."
Alessia stopped him, still catching her breath from Jungkook's endless kisses.
"Enough bab—"
But before she could take a step, Jungkook grabbed her wrist.
