"MURDER"

Marco's House

The sound of a car engine echoed faintly as Jungkook stepped out, his police badge gleaming under the moonlight.

His uniform was crisp, his expression cold and composed. He adjusted the cuffs at his side and strode toward Marco's front door.

"He knew... no he was sure"

Marco opened the door, his face twisting into a scowl as he recognized Jungkook. "You again? Haven't you caused enough trouble for one day?"

Jungkook stood tall, his stance authoritative. He pulled out his badge and flashed it at Marco.

"Jeon Jungkook, Shield Police Department. I'm not here as Alessia's boyfriend now. I'm here as an officer of the law."

Marco's eyes narrowed, his lips curling into a sneer. "And what do you think you're going to do?"

Without a word, Jungkook reached for his handcuffs and held them up, the metal glinting in the dim light. "Time for answers," he said, his voice sharp and unyielding.

Marco scoffed, stepping back. "You don't have anything on me. You're bluffing."

Jungkook took a deliberate step forward, his gaze icy. "Your wife didn't just die, Marco. The rope burns on her neck tell a different story. And I'm here to find out who's responsible."

Marco's face paled slightly, but he quickly masked it with anger. "You think you can waltz in here and accuse me? I'm her husband!"

"Exactly," Jungkook said, his tone chilling. "Which makes you the first suspect."

Marco tried to slam the door shut, but Jungkook shoved it open with ease, stepping inside.

He grabbed Marco's wrist, twisting it behind his back as he snapped the cuffs on.

"You're under arrest for obstruction of justice and as a person of interest in your wife's death."

Marco struggled, but Jungkook's grip was firm. "This is ridiculous! You don't have any evidence!"

Jungkook leaned closer, his voice low and deadly. "I don't need evidence to take you in for questioning. But trust me, Marco—I'll find it. And when I do, there's nowhere you'll be able to hide."

As he escorted Marco out of the house, Jungkook's mind was already racing with possibilities. He wasn't just doing this as an officer—he was doing it for Alessia. For her pain. For her mother.

And he wasn't going to stop until the truth came to light.

Marco's body trembled in the chair as Jungkook loomed over him, his presence suffocating. The officers stood silently, waiting for their superior's next move.

"Beat him until he answers my questions," Jungkook ordered coldly, his voice devoid of any mercy.

The sound of fists meeting flesh echoed through the room, Marco's agonized screams piercing the air. "Aaahhh! Fucking Stop!! I can't—"

Jungkook grabbed Marco's collar, yanking him forward. "DID YOU KILL MISS MARIA?" he roared, his voice shaking with restrained fury.

Marco gasped, his words stuttering. "No—I—"

Another punch landed, forcing a pained scream from Marco. Blood dripped from his split lip as his eyes darted around in desperation.

Jungkook leaned in closer, his voice low and dangerous. "Trust me, Marco. If you confess now, maybe you'll live to see another day. But if you don't..."
