"SHARE IT WITH ME"
Days passed
Jungkook was lounging on the couch, a blanket wrapped loosely around him. His face was pale, and every now and then, a deep cough escaped his chest.
He groaned softly, his head pounding from the cold.
His phone buzzed on the side table, lighting up with Alessia's name.
Smiling weakly, he picked it up and answered.
"Hey love," her voice came through, cheerful and warm.
"Hii babe," Jungkook replied, his voice hoarse and strained.
"I misssss you!!" she exclaimed. "Let's meet?"
Jungkook let out a small cough before responding.
"Uh... I'm not ... well," he admitted. "I guess it's viral, so... it's not a good idea." He paused, his voice softening.
"But I miss you too, my life."
Her tone immediately changed, laced with concern. "You aren't well! Why didn't you tell me???" she asked, her voice rising slightly.
"I'm coming over."
Jungkook sat up straight, his heart racing. "Babe, no!" he said quickly, panic flashing through his tired eyes.
"Tell me your address," Alessia demanded firmly.
Jungkook froze, his mind whirring. He couldn't let her come over—not now. Daisy, his daughter, was in the next room playing with her toys, completely unaware of the conversation.
Alessia had no idea about her yet, and he wasn't ready to explain.
"N-no, Alessia," he stammered. "It's not safe for you. I... I don't want you catching this."
"Jungkook, stop being stubborn," she said, her voice firm but caring. "I'll wear a mask or whatever, but I'm coming. Just give me the address!"
"No," he said again, his voice faltering.
"Seriously, babe, I'll be fine. Just... rest and we'll meet when I'm better, okay?"
"Are you hiding something from me?" Alessia's voice softened, but suspicion crept into her tone.
Jungkook's heart skipped a beat. "Of course not," he lied, forcing a chuckle.
"I just don't want you to get sick because of me. Please trust me on this."
There was a pause on the other end of the line before she sighed.
"Fine. But only because you sound really bad. Rest up, okay? And call me if you need anything."
"Promise," he said quickly, relief washing over him. "I love you, Alessia."
"I love you too. Take care," she replied, her voice tinged with worry.
As the call ended, Jungkook leaned back, exhaling deeply. He ran a hand through his hair, glancing toward the room where Daisy was playing.
"That was close," he muttered to himself, guilt tugging at his chest. "One day, love... but not today."

Alessia sat on the edge of her bed, her phone resting in her hands as she stared at the blank screen.
Her conversation with Jungkook replayed in her mind.
"We are literally dating, and he never called me home nor told his address ... why?" she murmured to herself.
