Scarlett's P.O.V
Cade, thankfully, hadn't caught wind of the events that occurred Saturday and Antoni kept following me around like a lost puppy. No matter where I was or what I was doing, he was always there, always watching.
"What the fuck?" I exclaimed as I opened the bathroom door and collided into a chest.
"Get dressed, we have things to do," Antoni said as his eyes slowly traveled down my body.
"Well can you leave? I'm not getting dressed in front of you," I snapped as I stood there awkwardly, gripping the towel that clung to my wet skin tightly.
"It's nothing I ha-,"
"Nothing you haven't seen before. I'm fully aware. Get the fuck out," I snapped as I pointed towards the door.
"You're so sexy when you're mad and only wrapped in a towel," he said with a wink as he walked out the door, shutting it behind him.
Fucking creep.
"Mommy, I don't feel so good," Axel said as he walked in, his face paled and arms hugging himself.
"What happened, baby?" I asked as I rushed over to him. "Talk to mommy. What do you feel?" I asked as I sat him down on my bed.
"My tummy hurts," he whined. "And my head feels fuzzy," he added. Feeling his forehead, I internally panic at his highly elevated temperature.
"Mommy's gonna run you a warm bath, okay?" I asked as he nodded his head weakly. Picking him up, I carry him to his bathroom and change him out of his clothes. Testing the water, I carefully place him inside. "Is this okay?" I asked, earning a nod in response.
"Mommy, don't leave me," he said as he held my arm tightly.
"I won't, baby. Let me go get one of the maids and ask them to get you some medicine, okay? I'll be right back, I promise," I said as I kissed his forehead. Opening the door, I walk into Antoni. This is getting really annoying.
"I don't have time for you and your bullshit. Do you know where Tiffany or any of the other maids are?" I asked.
"Down in the kitchen area, why?" he asked.
"My son needs medicine. He's got a fever and a stomach ache and you and I both know that Cade won't let us leave the house to get him checked out," I snapped as I pushed past him.
"Tiffany?" I called out as I walked down the stairs.
"Yes, ma'am?" she asked as she peaked her head out of the kitchen.
"Can you check to see if we have any children's medicine? Axel has a fever and I won't be able to take him to a doctor today," I said.
"Of course, I'll bring some up to his room right away,"
"Mommy!" I heard my son call out.
"Thank you!" I quickly responded before bolting up the stairs again. "What is i-oh jeez, baby," I said as I saw the throw up on the side of the tub.
"I'm s-sorry, mommy. I d-didn't mean to," he cried.
"It's okay, baby. I'll have one of the maids clean it up. Let's clean you up and get you into some warm pajamas," I said. Putting the soap on the loofa, I gently wash his body and massage his scalp with shampoo and conditioner, careful when combing through his somewhat knotted curls. Lifting him out of the tub, I quickly dry his skin and help him into his favorite, flannel pajamas.
"Do you want mommy to get you some hot cocoa or soup?" I asked as I propped him up on his pillow and pulled the covers over him.
"Do we h-have chicken n-noodle?" he asked, shivering profusely.
