𝐂𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐨 laid against the soft, white plush pillows on the bed, scrolling through Instagram on her phone. The small light from the lamp on the nightstand lit the side of her bed up, her hair in a messy bun. Kazimir was laying next to her, holding the remote as he clicked through channels mindlessly.

"Um, are you gonna pick something? Or you finna do this all night?" Cairo asked irritably, keeping her eyes on her phone as he chuckled.

"Why you pressed lil' gang? It's bothering you? You not even watching." Kazimir smirked, glancing at her before setting his eyes back on the TV.

"I would, but you acting like you don't know how to make a damn decision nigga." She retorted, shaking her head as she finally looked at him.

"It's too early for allat', Jinsui. Watch yaself' mama." He muttered, but there was amusement in his voice.

"Give it to me 'cause you finna irritate my soul." She rolled her eyes, leaning over to snatch the remote out of his hand.

"Good. At least you doing something useful." He retorted, laying on his stomach.

Before she could clap back, her phone buzzed on the nightstand. She glanced at the screen and smiled.

"It's Juliana. Hey juju?" She announced, swiping to answer.

"Hoe, why you sound so annoyed? I'm just tryna make sure y'all ready for tomorrow." Juliana's voice came through loud and clear, and Cairo immediately regretted answering.

A week in Tokyo, Japan. Exploring neon-lit streets, trying sushi from the source, going up temples, and maybe even shopping in Harajuku. It sounded like something straight out of a dream for Cairo. It was an all Adults trip, that Kyrie and Juliana had planned.

"We're ready. Mir just finished packing, but I been ready." Cairo replied, sitting up.

"Mhm. You sure? Don't hold up the whole trip with some last minute bullshit." Juliana hummed, her tone dripping with sarcasm.
