Scaramouche found a particularly interesting book about a mysterious knight and read aloud snippets of the story in a dramatic voice, making [Name] laugh. [Name], in turn, found a book of fairy tales and read them to Scaramouche in a soothing voice, making him feel like a child again.

As the sunlight streamed through the windows and cast shadows across the walls, [Name] and Scaramouche realized that it was getting late. Finally, after many convincing pleas, they agreed to leave, vowing to return soon to continue their reading adventures.
