Fleebe's POV
It had been 2 weeks since Cheeky had her babies and the whole cat incident. It was a beautiful sunny Friday morning and everyone was eating their morning veggies.
I had just finished my first carrot when we heard the back door open. I manuvered so I could see what was going on. When Cheyenne usually opened the door it wasn't as loud but this morning, it opened and shut continuous times.
Finally she opened the door. I noticed that she was carrying a large cardboard box and was muttering something. I could hear wheeking coming from the box when it hit me: Cheeky and the babies were coming outside!
I told everyone else and we all wheeked very loudly because we were so excited. But instead of Cheyenne putting Cheeky on the grass, she got out a hutch.
Then, Cheyenne moved the hutch in front of mine. Next, she grabbed Cheeky and put her in the hutch.
She then grabbed out three little babies that weren't even the size of Cheyenne's finger. One had a black face and a white body with a patch of gold. Another had black, gold and white covering her face and the rest was white besides a patch of Cheeky's colour. And the other I could tell was long haired and was brown, white and black flowing in three sections.
She kissed all of the babies on the head and said, "I'm going to school but I know your mummy and everyone else here will look after you!" She placed them one by one in the hutch. Cheyenne then skipped up the steps connected the deck and took of her shoes.
When the door closed, the first thing I did was talk to Cheeky. "Cheeky!!! How are you? You babies are so cute!!!" Cheeky looked happy to be back outside and the babies were in awe seeing the outside world.
"Mummy, what's this green stuff we're standing on?" The one with long hair asked. "Yeah! Is it poisonous?" The one with an orange circle around her hips said. "I don't want to be poisoned by my first birthday!" The last one with a black face commented.
I then remembered the time I first tried grass. They were going to love it. Cheeky giggled. "It's just grass girls! It's very yummy and not poisonous! C'mon try some for mummy!" And they did. And they loved it!
