Zack leaves the police station after dropping the woman off. He looks around the streets before taking off at top speed. He races through the streets, in search of any crime to stop. Suddenly, Zack is knocked off his feet at a junction and sent tumbling down the road. When Zack comes to a stop, he looks up to see who knocked him. His eyes widen under the goggles when he sees a familiar man dressed in all black.
"You?" Zack exclaims as he gets to his feet. "You did this to me! What do you want!?". The man continues to stare at Zack in silence. Suddenly, the man races at Zack, emitting a black trail of electricity as he moves. Zack reacts quickly and dodges the hit, before going in for a punch himself.
The black and orange of the two speedster's drifts clash against each other as they trade blows at near-impossible speeds. Zack manages to knock the man back, only to be struck with a bolt of black lightning that sends him flying down the street.
The man races up to Zack, crouching down and pulling Zack up by his hair so the two are at eye-level. The man pulls down his hood, revealing a face covered in electrical scars, with his jet black hair standing on end with a large white streak going through it. "The name's Bullet..." the man mutters, his voice distorted, "...and I'm going to make sure you don't forget that.". The man drops Zack's head and when Zack looks back up, he's gone.
