She couldn't believe her eyes, she never thought they would meet again and here he was standing in front of them. But before she could even seem shocked, Obi-Wan started talking.

Without giving it a second thought Obi-Wan replied. "Thank you very much, Colonel, the Jedi Council is grateful for your trust." It looked as if he knew him for some time, as if they were work partners.

"I'm the one who's thankful, the Council sent the best Jedi and Padawan of the time, oh, and also two beautiful ladies alongside." The Colonel said, with a friendly grin on his face.

Iris knew who he was and as soon as she found the right moment she would confront him. This was really bad, that alleged "Colonel" could be dangerous but Iris was the only one who knew. Iris wanted him to notice her, but he didn't seem to recognise her. She didn't give it another thought when she felt a light hand on her back guiding her to the stairs.

Thankfully it was Obi-Wan. He helped her when she almost slipped some minutes ago. They were descending the landing platform with care because it was wet from humidity or previous rain. The path then turned into big cobblestones, which guided the group into the vast forest, the jungle trees reaching heights no other tree Iris had ever seen. Along the path there were little lights which illuminated them as the trees made a lot of shadow. They could hear sounds coming from around, like light footsteps or the leaves moving.

They followed the track until the trees finally cleared up. Iris thought the temple was closer but it actually was quite far away, but then, when Iris came out from the jungle in front of her stood the temple. It was huge, especially to be in a place so far away as Endor, it was made out of rock, with vines covering a huge part of it. Around there were some creatures and humans playing and just going in and out of the temple.

"Welcome to the Temple of Endor, I know it's a small community but I hope you will feel comfortable staying here, now I'll show you everything." The Colonel said, he seemed really proud of the temple.

Iris couldn't trust him, she remembered those eyes, from the very day that she had met him. The thing that unsettled her was how normal was he acting, as if he wasn't pretending as if he was really what he pretended to be. The problem was that she couldn't really talk with him as she didn't even know what they were doing here.

While the Colonel started explaining about the architecture and facts Iris didn't care about, she pulled Obi-Wan's sleeve, making him go backwards a bit and letting Anakin and Kira go before them. Obi-Wan, confused, whispered, "Iris I really wanted to know about the temple-". Before he could finish the sentence Iris cut him.

"I'm sorry Obi-Wan but what exactly are we doing here? You never really mentioned our, I mean, yours and Anakin's role in this temple." Iris looked distressed, maybe her worry was starting to shine through.

Obi-Wan smiled, it was a soft smile but with a hint of amusement, he bowed down a bit, so he could talk with Iris quietly, without interrupting the speech of the Colonel. "Well, it's confidential but as you and Kira are with us we must explain why we're here. Anakin told Kira, he can't keep a secret." Obi-Wan started saying, but little did he know that Iris also kept a secret, which with every passing day became more difficult.

Iris implored with her eyes to Obi-Wan tell her what the mission was about, so then he continued, "Not long ago the Jedi Council detected a possible threat, someone or something coming from the dark side of the force, we don't know what it is but the war in Coruscant has made everything worse. Then, the Council decided to move to different locations, one of them being this one. As you've noticed the temple looks run down, it was used centuries ago, but since the situation now is delicate we had to re-open."
