You walk in after a long day out. You can already tell that your boyfriend, Jin was home. You can hear the sounds of Mario Kart coming from inside his room. Well, it's your room too. You were still getting used to the idea of living together.

You go the bedroom and you see him on the floor, sitting on one of the bean bags you bought him for his birthday. He was concentrating intently on the game even poking his tongue out a little. You start smiling, you can't help but smile when he's being this adorable.

You kneel next to him an greet him with a kiss on the cheek.

"Hey, Gamer Boy. Have you been doing that all day?"

He doesn't say anything still concentrating on the game. He seems to remember your existence and finally replies.

"Hm? Did you say something?"

You sigh and shake your head. You feel disappointed but you're used to it by now. You go into the kitchen. It was Friday, meaning pizza night. You put the pizza on and lean against the counter, reading while it cooks.

"Smells good."

You nearly jump out of your skin. You look up to see Jin smiling down at you. You return the smile before remembering that he ignored you earlier. You look back down to your book, ignoring him back.

"Y/N? What's wrong? Are you alright?"

You hear the concern in his voice but you're not ready to give in yet. You decide to do the same as he did.

"Hm? Did you say something?" You say mimicking him. You keep your eyes glued to your book.

He stands there in confused silence until he realizes.

"Oh. Right. I'm sorry Y/N, you know how I am with my games."

You look up at him. He doesn't seem that sorry.

"I just don't see how a video game is more important than I am."

"C'mon don't be like this. You know its not."

"Then why does it feel like it!?"

He stands there, shocked. You didn't mean to yell, but its a problem that's been going on for a while now. Its upsets you more everyday. You feel tears well up in your eyes and you attempt to hide your face in the book.

He steps closer and puts his fingers under your chin, lifting your head up. The tears spill over and you look him right in the eye, ashamed.

"I'm sorry, Jin. I didn't mean to yell at you. I know that you love your gam-"

He suddenly grabs your waist and pulls you into a tight hug. He buries his face into your neck.

"Please don't cry, Y/N. Those games mean nothing to me compared to you. You're the most important thing in me life. Please, try to remember that." He whispers hurriedly in your ear.

You press your forehead against his shoulder and smile. You were so scared that you were losing him. You feel your mood instantly lift and you can feel his doing the same.

He pulls back and immediately presses his lips to yours and kisses you, gently. He puts his forehead against yours.

"I love you, Y/N. Even more than Mario Kart." He's starting to joke again now, but you know he means it so you play along.

"Even more than pizza?"

"A thousand times more than pizza." He says, with a dead serious expression. You fake a gasp and then burst out laughing. He smiles at you hunching over with laughter.

"I love your laugh. You are so weird, Y/N. In a good way."

"Well, I love you too."

You lean in for another kiss but the oven decided that this would be the perfect time to say the pizza's ready.

"Great timing." Says Jin.

You get the pizza out and cut it up. Four slices each. Perfect.

"Why don't we go play some Mario Kart?" You say, smiling mischievously.

He smiles back.

"Definitely. But I'm quite an awesome player, so if you lose don't be too upset." He looks at you in a way that's daring you to challenge his playing skills.

"Is that a challenge?"

"Maybe."

"It's on."

You both race to the bedroom, pizza on plates in your hands.

He starts up the game and you begin racing. You turn your whole body in the direction you want the start to go in, in your frustration. You end up falling on Jin's lap several times. Each time he laughs at you. He beats you in several races but then comes the end race.

"Okay, Y/N if I win this you're cooking dinner for the rest of the week. And vice versa. Got it?"

"Got it." You knew that Jin loves your cooking but you were determined not the let him win.

It was a long and tense race with a lot of curses and laughs. But I'm the end...

"What?! How did I lose?!" Jin exclaims, sitting there completely shocked. You laugh hysterically. The look on his face was so funny.

He turns to look at you laughing. He suddenly jumps up and starts tickling you. You laugh so hard you can't breathe.

"This will teach you for laughing." He says but he's laughing too.

"Ha! I get free dinner for the week! You can tickle me all you want."

He stops tickling but keeps his face very close to yours.

"I have a better prize." He whispers.

"Really? What's that?"

"This." He grabs your face in his hands and kisses you passionately.

"Better?" He asks after he pulls away.

"Definitely. But I still want free food though."

He chuckles and holds you to his chest.

"Yeah, that sounds like my girl." He whispers into your head.

You were determined to be his girl for as long as you live. Even if it meant playing Mario Kart every single Friday for the rest of your life.
