"Girl just sing anything so we can check to make sure it's working." Rodney said to me as we all started laughing in the room.                                                                                                                                          "It's about time you knew the truth. Got to act quickly, you and I. And fall in love so many reasons why..." I started.                                                                                                                                                  "Why don't we, why don't we, why don't we, why don't we, why don't we fall in love." Me and Cochise harmonized together.                                                                                                                                        "Okay then! By the way y'all gotta do that more often, y'all sound good together." Rodney said.  "Definitely got some shit cooking." Cochise said as we stepped away from the mics.                        "Why that song though?" Aries said with a quick lil laugh.                                                                              "He said sing anything and for some reason that was the first song that came to mind." I said.  "Girlllll that old ass Amerie." Onyx said and we all busted out laughing.                                                "Let's not act like their version of it wasn't just hitting though." Depth said.                                        "Oh naw, no shade, they blazed it for sure. It just surprised me is all." Aries said.                                    "Did you and Kev finish that song?" I asked Cochise.                                                                                       "Girl that song is signed, sealed, and delivered. Murdered it." Depth said hyping it.                               "But you knew. What song Kev on that ain't hot?" Aries said.                                                                         "I mean he did his thing, but let's not act as if I didn't turn him up on the track." Cochise slid in.   "Okay because singers can definitely save some shit." I said as me and him shook on that one.  "I mean y'all are necessary for a lot, but girl don't you rap more than you sing?" Rodney said.      "I think I'm pretty much 50/50. Don't do me." I said quickly.                                                                               "See there y'all go trying to treat us like the Wale of the label." Cochise said and we laughed.     "They definitely mismanaged the fuck out of brody just because he wasn't street. He brought balance for sure." Depth said and we all nodded in agreeance.                                                                       "But wait the only Wale here would really be Depth though. Like Dox and Diamond are more so like 6lack in comparison. I'm just saying." Onyx chimed in.                                                                                "Then what do that make me?" Cochise asked.                                                                                                      "Omarion." Aries said and we all laughed again. "Maybach O?" We kept laughing.                                  "It's cool because I be O's level of unbothered as well." he said.                                                                      "Y'all hell, don't tell me y'all all should've been comedians too." Rodney said.                                       "Don't say that too loud, you know Charles will open up a new avenue." Onyx said as we all laughed again. "No for real, I respect the hustle from him and Iris for real but they are not ones to leave any bread on the table. They want it all."                                                                                                  "True! Iris would probably have to head up the comedy side because she's funny as hell." I said and we all nodded knowing my boo was fucking hilarious.                                                                              "Can y'all believe we have 3 more days til we hit the road?" Aries said.                                                         "I'm ready for it. I miss being on a stage, live performing and all that. I feel like that's where I belong. Dancing for years and across so many stages just seems like second nature. Now...it's just a different type of performance." I said.                                                                                                        "I'm not gone hold y'all, a bitch is nervous. I usually don't do this and this is the first time other than the battles that I ever even show my face a lil bit. Like most of my followers don't even realize that I'm white." Onyx said and I never even thought of that.                                                     "Times are different though Love, don't for one second feel like you won't be accepted because of the color of your skin. You're beyond talented and that's what got you this far, keep it going." Depth assured her.                                                                                                                                                                 "And you're pretty as fuck, show your face and come out of that shell. It's your time to shine." Cochise told her too as he reached out and patted her on the shoulder.                                                   "They have a point. I mean this is the first time I've been on stage and me and Riek aren't even together. I'm praying it doesn't mess up our chemistry in music." Aries said.                                         "Riek seems like he has a good head on his shoulders so I'm sure y'all gone perform just fine. It's just new to you, but the fans don't need to know that. It'll be cool." I said.                                                "Yeah, he's real professional. I'm sure the personal won't interfere." Rodney said.                                "Is he cool though?" Aries asked Depth.                                                                                                                       "You haven't talked to him?" she asked Aries and she shook her head. "He seems a lil heartbroken to be honest. But he's still pumped to go on the road. I know I don't know him too well, but I think you're gonna be just fine." Depth said as Aries got up and embraced her. I don't know what was going on between these two but I think they both were crying.                                      "Take care of him for me." Aries said to her.                                                                                                              "Make sure you do the same when you guys are on the road." Depth said and Aries touched her heart and I already knew that they would be cool. I just can't believe the tribe fell apart.                  "Why do y'all do this knowing I'm pregnant and emotional?" Onyx said as she fanned herself.        "Emotional?? I wasn't aware that you get like that." Cochise said and we all laughed.                          "I don't. It's this damn pregnancy." She said as she blotted her eyes.                                                             "I know y'all better channel these emotions into these performances, that's what I know." Rodney said and everybody just turned and looked at him. "I'm just saying."                                           "Read the room fam." Cochise said with a laugh that lead us all into laughing.                                    "Anyone else having a lil stage fright? I mean cuz we can go P Valley mode and have ya get up there naked and work it out." Aries said and the laughter continued.                                                         "I actually am a lil nervous, but it's all good. Miss me with the Lil Murda technique." Depth said.    "Damn it, we almost got lucky." Rodney said.                                                                                                          "You wildin today I see." Cochise said and Rodney just shrugged.                                                                  "We can talk though Depth, I know some exercises we could do that could settle your nerves a little bit regarding the stage. Just let me know." I offered to her.                                                                    "Aww our lil sweet gangsta." Aries said as everyone laughed and I shook my head.                              "Why are you like this?" I said to her.                                                                                                                            "If you love me, why would I change?" Aries said or rapped should I say.                                                    "Well played Mozzy reference." I added in there and we shook hands on that one.                              "You the only one who understands my love for that man." she said as we nodded in agreeance.
