Twenty-Seven

"Aye you checked her location and shit, they probably aint take her phone." He's right. I pulled my phone out and went to the app to see that she was at some warehouse. It's most likely abandoned. Stupid mothafuckas.

'Wait look at that shit." Von leaned over and pointed at the other location under India's. It was Bri's. I put an Airtag on her car when we first started fucking around cause ion trust no bitch. Guess her dumbass never found it. "That's the same location." Bully said and I just looked at them.

"That's why this nigga kept saying we, him and Bri been working together this whole time." "Well let's go get India, and kill that bitch." I nodded before grabbing my machine gun off the table. "This nigga finna walk in there blasting." Damn right. These bitch ass niggas been coming for my wife for too fucking long, finna dead this shit today.

I jumped up out of my sleep once I felt cold water being thrown in my face. "Wake up bitch." Oh yeah, I've been kidnapped. I really need Dave to find me because everything is getting so overwhelming and I just want to get back to my baby and leave all of this mess behind me.

I opened my eyes a little, while trying to adjust to the light and I can't say I'm not surprised. It was that bitch Brian. "Why are you doing this?" "it's nothing against you, but I was paid to kill you." Damn, I didn't expect her stupid ass to actually answer the question. "So the shit with Dave was all an act? I knew I should've beat yo ass when we met." "Yeah, we played yall."

"Who the fuck is y- oh?" Stefon. He was in on this shit too. That would explain why this nigga went crazy and tried to choke me to death. "Why?" "because your weak ass baby daddy killed his cousin." Cousin? What fucking cousin?

That's when I thought about it. Dave said he killed the man that was after me, so I'm guessing stefon was his cousin and he paid this dumb bitch to help him. "D-did you kill my mama?" Knowing what I know, it only makes sense for them to be the ones that killed her. "I didn't, that was all stefon."

Wow. I didn't cry though, I refuse to let this bitch see me down. "How much he paying you?" "10k." Lmaooo what? "Bitch you that fucking broke, I would've at least asked for 50, and you gone die anyway, because you won't be getting your money."

"Yes I will, as soon as I get the call, your dead." I just shook my head. "Your little friend decided he wanted to put his hands on me so I knocked his ass out and had Dave pick him up, he should be dead by now, and Dave should be on his way here, because your men forgot to take my phone when they grabbed me."

Soon enough a man rushed in with a phone in his hand. "He's dead." He tried to whisper but I still heard him. As if my prayers had been answered. Dave, Bully, and Von burst through the doors and started shooting at them. I watched Brian pull her gun out and aim it at me. She pulled the trigger right when Dave put a bullet in her head.

I slowly looked down at my stomach before everything went black.

"No no no, baby stay with me." Fuck I can't lose her. I can't live without this woman. I quickly picked her up and we all ran out the warehouse and got in the call. "Send them niggas the address to clean this shit up." Bully nodded before mashing on the gas, trying to get us to the nearest hospital.

India started coughing up blood making me look at her. "It's okay mama, I got you, don't give up on me." The car finally stopped and they got out of the car and ran inside before coming back out with doctors and a stretcher. One of them opened the door for me to get out and I placed her down on the stretcher.

I ran inside with them and tried to go through the doors with them but a nurse stopped me. "She's about to go into surgery, I promise I'll come back with updates." He assured me before running after them.

I just sat down in between Von and Bully. "What am I going to do without her?" "Aye nigga you can't be thinking like that right now, just pray that she get through surgery and that she igh." Von said making me nod. "I gotta call her pops." "They already on the way."

20 minutes later they all ran through the main doors. Issac and Rich front and center. "Is she okay?" "She's still in surgery, they haven't told us anything else." He nodded before pulling me into a tight bro hug. "I'm so sorry." I sobbed and he hugged me tighter. I feel like a bitch man.

"I'm not mad at you Dave, I've been in your shoes before and I know that you've done nothing, but try to protect my babygirl, and I've got nothing but love a respect for you." "I appreciate that." "No go hug her your daughter." He let go and pushed me towards my mama who was holding Kairi in her arms.

"Da." She had a pout on her face like she was about to start crying. I guess she could feel the sadness from everybody so it made her sad. "It's okay mama, I got you baby." I kissed her forehead and pulled her close to my chest.

We all watched the nurse run out with a smile on his face. "The surgery went great, she's doing really good and you can all go see her in room 212." He gave us one last smile before walking away. I heard everybody sigh. We can finally breathe now.

We all walked to her room and there she was. Looking at us with a small smile on her face. "She a bad bitch you can't kill her." Keyah stupid ass said making everybody laugh. "You a mess man."

"Thought I lost you babygirl." Rich walked over to her and kissed her on her forehead. "My stomach hurts like hell but for the most part I'm fine." "That's good baby, you're a fighter." My mother gave her a kiss on the cheek and smiled.

"I really just want to apologize to yall, my mother's last wish was for me to forgive yall but instead I shut all of you out and so sorry for that."  "It's okay Mar mar, we were never going to stop loving you for it, we just knew you needed your space." Dez spoke before giving her a small smile.

After a little more small talk India finally looked my way and smiled. "Alright everybody let's let the love birds make up." My mother smirked at us and I just shook my head. "Ma ma." Kai reached for India taking me by surprise. "When did this happen."

"Before you came over to get Stefon." She grabbed Kairi and sat her on her lap. "Mama missed you pretty girl." I watched her kiss all over Kairi's face making her giggle.

"I missed you too Davey." She reached her hand out and i instantly grabbed it. It felt like fireworks all over again. "I missed you too mama." "I'm so sorry for everything, I knew you were just trying to protect me I just couldn't get over her death." "Baby you don't have to apologize, only thing that matters is that we're together again."

"Gimme a kiss." She puckered her lips making me chuckle. "I knew you still wanted me." I laughed before pecking her lips 3 times. "I never stopped."
